Staff were very helpful. The main road outside was closed due to a burst water pipe. To get to the track would have taken over an hour, instead of 10 minutes if the diversion signs were followed.
They showed me how to get there with a minor de-tour and provided a map!
Everything was spotlessly clean.
We will definitely stay again.“

"Gardenstown is a sweet little village on the coast about one hour north of Aberdeen. The house is located perfectly with an amazing view to the ocean directly out of the kitchen window. It is newly renovated. Everything is in perfect working order. Car can be parked in front of the house. Andreas, our landlord, is a super friendly and relaxed person and gave us both, helpful hints for visits in the area as well as e.g. a gas grill to prepare out freshly self-caught North Sea fish. It is also worth going to a local pub and participate in a Pub Quiz. Very nice opportunity to get in touch with the locals. All very friendly, as all Scottish people we met during our stay. So a 100% recommendation for the whole set."

Sehr störend fanden wir, dass die Dusche nur über eine fest montierte Brause an der Wand und keine Handbrause verfügt. Die Abgrenzung zur Toilette war ein Duschvorhang.
Das, an sich tolle Waschbecken befindet sich im Schlafzimmer auf Teppichboden und nicht im Bad.

"Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist noch viel schöner, als die Bilder vermuten lassen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und haben eine angenehme Größe. Besonders gemütlich sind das Wohnzimmer und das Esszimmer, welches an die perfekt ausgestattete Küche angrenzt. Unserem Sohn hat besonders die große Wanne gefallen:)
