The deck on the patio is big enough to fit 10 people comfortably and you'll enjoy the city skyline view from up there.

This home is located in the heart of Wooster square steps from the Yale New Haven campus. We are centrally located right in the middle of Wooster square park, the New Haven Green, the Shops at Yale, Sally's Pizza, and East Rock.

You are in the heart of Wooster Square and everything is super walkable. Yale New Haven campus is in the perfect vicinity for students to walk to. You have all of these areas within a 10- 15 mins walk

Early Check-In & Late Check-Out Options

We’re happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, which must be requested ahead of time. Approval is subject to availability.

🔹 Early Check-In:
Check in as early as 2:00 PM for a $50 fee.

🔹 Late Check-Out:
Check out by 12:00 PM for a $50 fee.

Please note that for all VRBO bookings, guests are responsible for a 3.5% processing fee if the reservation is canceled
