„My partner had never been to Boston where I had lived for 10 years, back in the 1980's. The houseboat was a perfect stay as we both love the water and boating. It's cozy, charming, and a delightful experience we'll always remember. Jon was a wonderful host, and we were welcomed by his wife's delicious banana bread! We highly recommend the accommodations.“

The location cannot be beat as we were able to walk to the aquarium and the north end for great dining options. The house was quiet and beds were comfortable! It was nice being gently rocked to sleep! All in all, a short stay for us due to flight cancellations, but a very nice and enjoyable stay!“

We had a great view of the downtown area and yet were in a more tranquil environment The boat was just as pictured and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Chad was so nice. He met us at the marina, showed us around and even gave us some excellent recommendations for dinner nearby . We took him up on both restaurants and we’re not disappointed! I highly recommend staying there and hope to return“

„Me and a friend so enjoyed our stay. Rocked to sleep in comfy bed and pull out sofa. Only hiccup is that there are no late check ins. That is stated in other rules.“

„I surprised my wife (who grew up boating) with this stay for our anniversary weekend, and it exceeded all of our expectations. For anybody that’s never stayed on board a boat overnight, it is a bit like “glamping” (RV camping). All of the creature comforts are there (bed, running water, cookware and ample comfy seating), with a few challenges to make the stay more interesting (generator power, no heat, limited water supply… all things to be considered as part of the experience). „It was everything we thought as far as location in the boat itself, but the exterior of the boat was in need of a cleaning the bathtowels. What didn't you and mildew smelling the betting was tingy. And a little smelly, but overall, the place was clean in general. And had everything you'd want or need.“

„We walked around the harbor a bit before finding the boat. Glad the hosts were so responsive! The boat is outfitted with everything you need. Bathroom is tiny but entirely functional (instructions for toilet and shower could be included with the check-in information in the future, to have it up front). Beds are delightfully cozy. „My husband and I went for a weekend and could not have enjoyed our stay more. Getting to and from the boat by the water taxi was super easy and a nice way to get around. Danielle met us on the boat to show us the ropes. Took about 10 min to get downtown by the water taxi- was nice not to worry about parking downtown! We spent our nights relaxing on the boat enjoying the beautiful views. We definitely plan on returning again!“

„Von Aussen nett, Innen eine Katastrophe. Altes abgewohntes Mobiliar, der Teppich klebrig. Alles ist renovierungsbedürftig, Schranktüren defekt, überall sieht es aus, als wenn versucht wurde was notdürftig zu renovieren. Und es mufft moderig. Definitiv nix zum Wohlfühlen. Der Empfang war dafür aber nett und herzlich. Parkplatz und Frühstück waren inklusive. Klassisches amerikanisches Continental mit einer warmen Eierspeise.“
