After a deplorable experience with another Quality Inn, I wasn’t expecting much, but this place was just what we needed. It’s ten minutes away for the events venue in Milton. The place is in good shape. Everything was comfortable. They share space with a Bonanza steak house, one of the few eatieties of any kind in the area, so we didn’t have to hunt for dinner at the end of a long day. Standard continental breakfast was decent, too.

I have no idea how this hotel is rated an 8.0. The rating should be MUCH lower. The amount of people loitering in the parking lot was very concerning to me. People just sitting in their vehicles - cars, trucks, box trucks, tractor trailers; it immediately brought images of human trafficking to mind. (After talking about it with my boyfriend, who was not with me, his first thought was prostitution.) None of the exterior doors that I tried (three or four) were locked. There were signs indicating a room key needed to be used to enter the hotel, but that was not true. Aside from the hotel room itself, the only other door that was locked was for the gym, which was in a very secluded area on the second level, which because of the issues already mentioned, I did not feel safe going to alone, and I am typically a very independent, solo person. In an attempt to keep a positive attitude, I told myself it was only one night, and that I could stick it out in my room, so I tried getting some work done on my laptop. The more time I spent in the room, the more I realized how dirty the room was and the more uncomfortable I became. I lasted about an hour before checking out and staying at another hotel about 20 min away. So, I didn't actually stay here overnight, but I did lose out on the money I had paid for this room because my company is obviously not going to reimburse me for two hotels for the same night. I'm still glad I left though bc I had a very uneasy feeling about the place.

The bed frame on one of the beds in room 212 was sticking out and created a hazard. I banged my ankle which remained swollen and bruised for several days. It would have been helpful to know there was no elevator as we would have requested a ground floor room. We are elderly and had much to cary up the stairs. The room looked clean but was only surfacely so. There was dirt eveident oin corners etc that should have been addressed. There was no explanation of how to manage the lighting. The staff was welcoming and helpful when ever we reached out. "Hot breakfast" is not an accurate description of what you provide. Yet what you did offer was plentiful, varied and welcome. Location was a bit challenging to find.

Really comfortable beds; this was my second stay and glad for it. Unfortunately, you can't control the people around you who show up at 1:30 am and run from room to room, talking and slamming doors, so that took away from the stay but certainly isn't the hotel's fault. Now that the B&B that used to be in Lewisburg has closed, this has become my go-to when I need a place for the night.

It took us over 35 minutes to check in- as we waited in line. There were water stains all over ceiling. Room has some large pice of equipment sitting in it-not sure if if was a dehumidifier, air conditioner, freezer…right on floor when we walked in room. Very odd. Room was gross there was no way that comforter had been cleaned in weeks- a wrinkly mess. We literally stayed there for half hour (hour including wait time in line for keys) and left to find another hotel. The pictures online and reviews must be very outdated. Do not recommend

Yes, this is an older hotel. Yes, it could use some updates. But it was clean and comfortable ad affordable. I would recommed this hotel. The staff were very nice!

I was pleased with thr cleanliness of the hotel. I am pretty picky and wasn't disappointed. I was happybwith everythiglng except the unlocked external door. Anyone could come in or out of the hotel without a problem. The door didnt even clasp sut and you could see even from a distance that it was open so anyone could just come in. I felt unsafe and of course didnt sleep well.

Hotel is an older property that is in very good condition and cleanliness is clearly a priority. Despite being out of the room by 9 AM every day, I received no housekeeping service during my stay. The queen bed had a definite sag in the middle. The heat/AC unit was quiet and the room was comfortable. Overall, a good value.

Comfortable stay. Really nice pillows and sufficient number of towels. Decent breakfast. Easy driving distance to shops. Only reason it doesn't rate 5 stars is that the beds were full size instead of queen. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

The welcoming staff put as at ease but the over use of print outs hung on the walls for room info and pad lock on the bar doors made you feel leaving a bit uncomfortable. Upon checking in my family member said the room smelled and we noticed a dehumidifier unplugged in the front hallway. The window sills had major cobwebs that hadn't been dusted and the TV stand was breaking apart at the seams. This place could do so much better with just a little more TLC as our stay was quiet, comfortable and staff was very nice.
