Overall, a POSITIVE experience. I only dropped the facility ratings because they are remodeling, so there was furniture outside many rooms. We did not have a dresser in our room. It had NO impact on our stay. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. I told the front desk clerk we WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR for the Dover NASCAR race. I am grateful that Expedia found us a room that met my needs! The hotel we stayed at for the previous 30 years was knocked down to make a parking lot for the New Castle Airport (Quality Inn Skyways).

The best part of the room was the bathroom. It was remodeled, nice, and had a great flushing toilet. The room wasn't super special, but enough for a weekend stay and priced for my reason to be in Delaware.

The Lobby was unclean and the outside had hoses and stuff just piled up in the parking areas. Just not very pleasing to the eyes when arriving. When i checked in I was told to go to a room that was not yet cleaned. I returned to office and was told to go to another room that was also not cleaned. It took 3 try's to get to a cleaned room. WIFI was SO SLOW you could not use it. TV in room was small. The beds squeaked and the bedspreads had cigarette holes in them and they were super out-dated. The one good thing was the remodeled bathrooms. They were nice but the towels were so small and there was not any complimentary shampoo/conditioner. The fridge did not wok right. For $100 night it was not worth it.

Clean but a well used.
Our room was clean! But the hot water to the sink was turned off ... we found out why when we turned it on - constant dripping! The tub was clean but there were some stains that at first look appeared to be mold (it was not).

Not an easy night sleep.
I always give motels a benefit of the doubt because you are opening the door to the outdoors, not a hallway. But I felt disgusted here. There was indications of bed bugs in the room that had been handled (bed bug stains on the wall and on the box spring cover and on the box spring itself). There was a sofa bed in the room that was caked with dust and dirt, so I'm guessing it hasn't been cleaned since the bed bugs were on the room. The box spring cubers are torn and useless and the mattress cover desperately needs replacing. From my experience...this place is ok in a pinch, but try to avoid until they update the rooms and thoroughly clean it. Room 140 was my room.

The main thing I liked about the place was the location. The Indian man at the front desk was polite. I know it is his job. But the rooms, furniture, and the linen were unbelievable. The sheets has multiple perment stains, the Cushing chair sink when you sit on it, the world of the room dent, and a million dirty stain on it, especially, the sink area and the toilet bowl. Gladly I didn't book the place for many days. I know the place was cheap, but their guests does not have to stay in a dirty place. And then the room is extra stuffy.

The place was disgusting. They treated my son and myself as like we were getting a room by the hr. We were travelling to Florida and when we got there we were treated terribly by the person at the desk. We needed pillows and they said they had non to give. I would not go their ever again or recommend it

A quick unplanned weekly stay turned out better than expected. Was surprised to have the room cleaned everyday. The Ac worked as if I was in The North Pole which suited me just fine. Overall quite pleased with my stay and the room.

We couldn’t even take a shower because are shower was really dirty . He was very mean he charger me 25 deposit at first and than tried to charge me 100$ because my boyfriend told me he didn’t have to keep saying something 5 times every sentence ended with no smoking no smoking. My boyfriend said okay sir we understand you , you said it about 5-6 times , he said oh no I need 100$ because what he said to me I said no that’s very unprofessional you can take my 25 and give me the key nobody is smoking I have a son ! Once I showed him my son he said go ahead . Than when check out came he literally went to check The room and the room was perfectly fine , the bathroom was so dirty we couldn’t even shower but had the nerve to try to get smart like his rooms are the best !! And they aren’t lied and said it’s 3 TVs in the room so he need 100 deposit
