Nestled along the banks of the Guadalupe River, sit poolside in the refreshing waterfall pool or enjoy the shopping or nightlife of historic Gruene. But you'll feel right at home with high speed internet and cable television. The kitchen is an open concept which offers all the amenities needed for cooking, serving and entertaining. The bar top seating and large family style dining table will accommodate all of your guests. There is a pool table between the kitchen and family area. The family room boasts a large leather (new Nov 23) wrap around couch and other seating. Each of the bedrooms has its own full bathroom. There are 8 beds appointed with luxurious linens. There is a large washer/dryer in the unit as well. This unit does not allow pets. Housekeeping follows strict CDC cleaning guidelines.

Walk to all the Gruene restaurants, live indoor and outdoor music spots, shopping, shopping and sightseeing! A short drive to Schlitterbahn and steps to tubing or fishing in the Guadalupe River. You can enter the river from behind the unit and tube, fish or swim( don't forget to wear a lifejacket). Two charcoal grills sit on our riverside decks with seating.
