Dream trip in cappadocia
To the team of lord of cappadocia hotel, I can't be more than thankful for this wonderful stay in your hotel. I travelled there alone and Im so happy about the help which the hotel staff and especially the manager of the hotel Ersel gave me. Here are the points which made my trip unique: 1. I could book all the tours that I wanted thru the hotel 2. I could book the transfer between hotel + airport thru the hotel 3. The staff was always very caring + friendly...asked me if I need help, if I need something more to be happy with my stay there, asked me how I am doing and so on 4. the communication to Ersel was perfect. He replied very promptly when I had questions and he also helped me with all my trip schedule 5. the price for the room is perfect. You get a nice big, very clean room which is really in the "style" of cappadocia All in all: Thank you!!! I can't wait to be back there again.

Just OK. Would not stay again. Pros: Clean Good location Staff cordial but not very friendly. Cons: Does not resemble the marketing pictures. No robe (shown in all the pictures) No down Duvet (just cheap synthetic duvet... Which would be fine if they hadn't advertised a down Duvet) No scrub loofah as shown in pictures as part of the toiletries offering. Not decorated and designed as the pictures show. My first room (2days)was very small with very low light because window overlooked a closed hallway. This should not be marketed as a standard room but rather an economy room and discounted. Some lightbulbs were burned out. On the last day (day 3) I was given a better standard room as it became available which I appreciated, however the toiletries were half used! Breakfast was shameful. Old and recycled food day after day. Not fresh. No fresh coffee. Even after it was mentioned, this there was no change on the following days. And what was offered was very little variety and of low quality. Overall the sense was of "cutting corners" to save money. Definitely did not reflect the reviews that were written. Suggestion: Update your marketing photos to reflect reality so customer does not expect what you are not providing. Make individual breakfasts for the guests(for a small hotel this is totally possible) if you are worried about cost. Then the guest will receive fresh food and you will not have to throw uneaten food out.

Camera pulita e molto calda in questi giorni freddi, struttura ben tenuta e personale supergentile. Colazione ottima ed abbondante con anche piatti preparati al momento. Posizione tranquilla ma a 3 minuti dal centro del paesino. Consigliato!

The hotel has a cozy vibe. It has great views of the unique rock formations from the breakfast room/patio, and from the large rooftop deck. It is convenient located in proximity of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the hotel manager speaks fluent English and goes above and beyond with honest activity recommendations and booking. We wouldn’t have filled our trip perfectly without his assistance.

Room was more like a prison cell than a hotel room we forfeited our second night stay as we are not backpackers. Queen we booked was two old uncomfortable single beds. Manager was helpful in guiding us to sites to visit.

Ersel made our stay fantastic, helping us book everything along the way, calling taxis, giving recommendations, and chatting over tea. The property is very nice, a good location and value. The staff were kind and friendly and excellent at their respective roles. The room was charming and cozy. We had a great time and highly recommend this hotel.

Kindest Manager Ever
We are so glad we stayed at Lord of Cappadocia for our 4 days in Goreme! The hotel and room were great, the breakfast was yummy, but the real highlight was the staff - the manager, Ersil, is one of the kindest, most helpful people you'll ever meet! During our stay, he helped us out with bookings, and after we left, he went above and beyond to help us with a shipping issue we were dealing with. We can't thank him enough for his kindness, honestly. If you're considering staying here, just go ahead and book it. The staff is great, the rooms comfortable, and the view from the rooftop is perfect to watch the hot air balloons. There are also lots of restaurants in walking distance and many shops for souvenirs. Lord of Cappadocia is just perfect. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable!

i've been there on 8-11 NOV 2022 it's a wonderful place at center gureme easy to walk around and quiet calm. i recommend for family trip. You don't have to walk up the hill, still have a very beautiful scenery good manager advice!! you can get information trip in the hotel with maneger. they'll bring you have a wonderful time in cappadocia

We missed our connecting flight in Istanbul and the manager of the hotel went above and beyond to help us find other ways to get to the destination. He was constantly keeping in touch and even met us at the airport later that day. He helped us maximize our time in Cappadocia. Helped us book tours and rides. I loved the breakfast served at the hotel. The dining area was clean and staff super friendly. As we left at 6 am, the staff even gave us packed breakfast! We left with best memories of Cappadocia in many ways thanks to the hotel staff and manager. Highly recommend!

This vacation was one of the best I have ever had and a big part of this played our decision to stay at Lord of Cappadocia! Starting with our amazing cave room, the beautiful Turkish style terrace, great food and the staff that just goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. They organize whatever trips and tours you wanna take, taking a load of your shoulders. After booking, I texted the property to ask about shuttle from the airport, in amount of minutes he already replied, after all tours and activities he always checked with us making sure we enjoyed ourselves. And the city is just unbelievable. All together just gave me the best vacation ever! Thank you Lord of Cappadocia, everything was beyond amazing!

That was a great experience! Transfer from Kayseri that I booked with the hotel was perfectly on time (in both directions), check in was smooth, the room was clean and spacious enough. Manager is just a great man, always ready to help and advice! We booked quad tour from the hotel as well, which was charming. Pick up and drop off included, many valleys were visited, got the wonderful place right before sunset! My wife enjoyed some extreme-minitour with head of the group:)

Amazing all-round stay!
Amazing stay at Lord of Cappadocia. Room was fantastic, beautiful rooftop for relaxing and watching sunset/sunrise. Good breakfast selection. Ersel and all the staff were very helpful and helped me book a number of tours and airport transfers without any hassle. Great location to explore Goreme and short distances to the various tours. Highly recommend.

Nice stay
Hotel was new and clean. Parking was available on the street but our rental car was scratched when we checked it in the morning. Breakfast was basic. The balcony is nice and rooms had nice decorations. Shower was hot. Rooms are not entirely soundproof but it was standard for Turkish hotels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient as well

best hotel for a peaceful time
had an amazing time here, staff is great, very welcoming and more than happy to help arranging tours, give info about Turkish culture and much more. I spent my birthday here and was surprised with a cake! location is great (everything in walking distance: bus stop, supermarket, restaurants, tour operators etc), other hotels are not too close so the view from terrace is unhindered. delicious breakfast buffet, cozy room with view. I just loved everything about my stay here and would always come back!! ❤️

Kesinlikle çok temiz ve yeni bir otel. En önemlisi tüm çalışanları oldukça samimi ve ilgililer. Otelde bizlere aile ortamındaymış gibi hissettirdikleri için kendilerine çok teşekkür ederim. Otelin ortak kullanım alanları oldukça kullanışlı. Ayrıca otopark konusunda da rahat bir otel. Ön tarafında araç park edebilecek bir çok yer mevcut. Konum olarak merkeze çok yakın, gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilecek bir otel.

Bon hôtel rapport qualité - prix. Les serviettes de bain sentent hyper bon la lessive c’est très agréable. La chambre est petite mais ça ne nous a pas dérangé car nous avons passé la journée dehors et nous rentrons seulement pour nous doucher et dormir. La salle de bain est parfaite.
