This Newly constructed family beach house In Neskowin has plenty of parking and is a short walk to the beach. Pets are allowed with a deposit. This beautiful 4 bed room 4 bath house over looks one of the best beaches in Oregon! You might say Neskowin South Beach is the crown jewel of the Oregon coast.
There are two fire places to spend a lovely evening in an elegant living room or studio bedroom. We also have a fire pit, basketball court and plenty of parking! The gated community is both safe and peaceful and sometimes you can be visited by the deer in the area. The house also has 5 covered decks that allow protection from the elements in any season!

You won't be disappointed when you stay here! The pictures do not do this home justice. As you walk in you know you made a great choice. The big open kitchen has everything you need to make every meal- plenty of dishes and utensils, 2 sinks, appliances, large dining table and counter eating area. The master suites are amazing, with great views and comfortable beds, plenty of blankets and the bathrooms attached provide all the privacy you need. The loft is a great space for the younger ones to watch movies, play games and have their own space- which really is set up like a studio apartment. The house is clean and comfortable with large couches, a separate sitting area, 3 great sitting decks to enjoy your coffee and listen to the ocean. Norm was a wonderful host, ensuring we had an easy check in experience and very personable. Our group was 2 families of 4 each, and this home easily accommodated all of us. We go to the coast annually, and this was one of the best vacation rentals we have had.

Amazing Family Getaway - Handicap friendly

This place was perfect for our extended family group getaway. We had three generations and wanted a place to make special memories at the beach. Norm's place was perfect for us. He was very accommodating and kind, and always available for questions or requests.Best features- Huge kitchen with two full sinks. Cooking together as a family was so easy and enjoyable- Tall ceilings with lots of windows. Wonderful natural light, not echoey, felt luxurious.- Two king beds. Hard to find and a huge blessing for tall families.- Multiple decks, I think 5 if you count the lower covered area.- Warm water hose outside! This was awesome for washing sand off kids and dogs and feet before entering.- Very handicap friendly. One king room is completely handicap enabled with a roll in shower, and the front entrance has a very nice shallow ramp entrance. - Outdoor fireplace, firewood included- Awesome beach. Two minute walk to the beach, which was super private and nice. Cliffs on one side and a deep but fordable river on the other mean this south end of Neskowin beach feels uncrowned and almost private. The land formations also seem to make it warmer and less windy here than nearby Lincoln City or Pacific City.- Tons of parking. If you were having a family gathering with people all coming in their own cars you'd still have room for everyone.Overall this place was perfect for our family and we'd come back in a heartbeat.

Very comfortable and spacious

The house was very comfortable for our group of nine. Four bedrooms and bathrooms for each room was great. Easy beach access. Lots of decks to choose from. Attentive host. We did not realize there was a long term renter in the bottom unit until we got there, so just note that the great room runs over their unit. We would stay again!

Spacious and comfortable stay for our family

We needed an accessible home for my mom who is in a wheelchair and space to accommodate two families with kids and this house was perfect. Very spacious, clean, had everything we needed and was a very short walk to the beach. We would certainly come back here again. Norm, was a great communicator but we didn’t need anything during our stay, except for better weather, but it’s the Oregon Coast after all.

Welcome to paradise!

We had the good fortune of finding this dream house to celebrate our daughter’s birthday last weekend. From start to finish, our time at the property was the perfect weekend away. First of all, the host of the property is so kind- and beyond accommodating. You can also tell how much he has put into the home as it is even more lovely in person! The location is perfectly situated between Lincoln City and Pacific City, but also boasts some surprisingly delicious food options right in Neskowin! In addition to being tucked away from the main roads safely in a gated community, we particularly enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach in under 5 minutes. If you are thinking about staying here, just do it, you will not regret it!

Great Getaway

Our stay did not disappoint! Plenty of room for the 7 of us including our 2 year old. Everything was there for the little one including booster seat, pint-sized bed, kids eating utensils and story books. Fun at the beach, too, for her first time exploring at low tide and collecting treasures!Kitchen was spacious for multiple cooks and included everything we needed. Lots of windows to peek at the ocean with decks at every primary bedroom. From the start of reservation to checking out the communication was outstanding with property owner Norm. The house and area were BEAUTIFUL and 1 minute walk to beach was wonderful. Our large family fit perfectly in the home which made for a quality gathering. House and property were immaculate and kitchen well stocked with cooking items. Norm, the property owner, was ABOVE expectation and responded immediately with a couple of our requests. He truly became a part of our family. We will return again and highly recommend this property.

My family and I arrived after the 4 pm check-in time and found the front door wide open. Unsure if we should enter we finally did and discovered a woman. She said she only had a few hours to clean and was just leaving. Additionally, she said would contact the host to tell him she had not finished and I would receive a discount. My family and I were surprised at the mess in the house, floors had debris all over, towels and linens were not washed, one bed had no pillows (we drove to town and bought some). I spent the first evening of my family holiday cleaning up after the previous guests. Upon attempting to make coffee the following morning we discovered moldy coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. Despite being a new home there are a number of items broken. An upstairs bathroom faucet drips and the garbage disposal was broken. I would only recommend if you are okay with cleaning the home before your stay. I did share my concerns with the host and was offered no solutions or discount as promised by the woman in the unit when I arrived.my family loves the area so we will be back, just at a different rental.

Perfect anniversary getaway

We had our honeymoon in Neskowin 50 years ago, so delighted and blessed to celebrate this year in this fantastic new home with all the amenities you would ever need. We really appreciated the on-grade access, huge open great room, and traditional family home feel of the decor. The king size bed very comfortable. The design of this home is obviously well thought out, as the extra master suite and loft suite at the upper level make for a very versatile accommodation. Luxury Neskowin property strikes again!

Having stayed at this gorgeous property before, we knew it would be the perfect spot for our recent family’s visit to the PNW, especially considering our family friend who uses a wheelchair. From the moment we arrived, we were reminded of why we loved this place so much. The open-concept layout made it easy for everyone to move around comfortably and that accommodated wheelchair access seamlessly. The numerous covered porches were an added bonus, allowing us to relish the coastal breeze while staying sheltered from the elements. We enjoyed our morning coffees on our own covered porches, and then gathered in the common space to cook breakfast, play cards and make memories! The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the beach, and the charming of the neighborhood and the beach is always a delight to explore. Its local neighboring coastal towns Lincoln city and Pacific city – there is plenty of attractions and places to dine minutes away! Overall, our stay at this luxury property exceeded our expectations once again. It perfectly balances quiet coastal setting with proximity to activities, making it an ideal retreat for families. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a memorable and accommodating getaway!

Fantastic stay!!

This was such a joy to my family and friends. This place accomadated all 9 of us wonderfully. The owner and his assistant Sharon where both very delightful and kind. The beach was spectacular and a really short walk to it from the house. Children delighted in seeing baby rabbits and baby deer. The rooms are huge and confortable. My inly wish and its minor compared to how great this place is, is that the bed was bit bigger in the kitchen room. Other than that, no complaints at all. My special thanks to our fine host Norman, who called to personally make sure we had everything we needed. Cant say enough good things about our stay.

Best House Ever

This was a family week long vacation. This house is amazing. The best house I have ever stayed at in the Oregon Coast. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked for your cooking needs. Each bedroom we used had an attached bathroom. One room had a kitchenette. My grandsons stayed in that room and called it their apartment. The internet worked great. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. We loved this house. So amazing. So comfortable.

Beautiful Location and Spacious Family Stay!

Staying at this beach house was an absolute dream! The location was stunning, with direct access to the beach. Close access to beautiful hiking and the most beautiful beach. The house was spacious and comfortable, accommodating my large family/extended family. The house itself has a beautiful layout, is brand-new and immaculately clean. It was lovely waking up eating breakfast on the deck and hanging out at the fire pit in the evenings surrounded by nature with the beach off in the distance. This beach house has it all!

We spent three perfect nights at this beautifully designed and immaculately cared for beach house. It had everything we needed for a birthday getaway that included eight kids (from one to seventeen years old) and multiple generations. From the moment we stepped inside, we knew it would be a relaxing stay—comfortable furnishings, natural light throughout, spacious rooms, multiple private decks and a well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. My extended family loves to cook and we made gourmet meals together every night. Never imagined how handy a second big sink could be in the kitchen. :) Most importantly, the beach is a short stroll away, and this beach is absolutely stunning. If you go, exploring the caves around Proposal Rock during low tide is a must. The beach is so private, we felt as if it had been reserved all day just for us. Also, check-in was easy and Norm was a great host. Highly recommend this absolutely stunning Neskowin beach house!
