Bring the whole crew to Blue Ridge Canopy, a designer- decorated 4200sf lodge nestled in the trees at Wintergreen. All 6 bedrooms have a bath attached or right next door, plus 2 common spaces have pullout sofas, allowing a max of 18 guests. Evenings happen on the string-lit deck: hot tub, cedar sauna, fire table and one long table for family dinner. Rainy day? Three arcade games, a family room and a card table by the fire. Blue Ridge Canopy is located in the heart of beautiful Wintergreen in Virginia, which has tons to do for all ages, year-round. We are just a few minutes’ drive to the slopes and all the dining and entertainment at Wintergreen. Some of the best hiking trails in the state are off the Blue Ridge Parkway (15 minutes from the home), plus there are other great trails just down the street. Also nearby are two sandy-beach-entrance lakes plus a community pool for swimming, and over dozen wineries, breweries, and distilleries- all within a 30 minute drive.

The house has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms across three levels, laid out as follows:

Main level:

- Living room with a vaulted cedar ceiling, floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace, TV and walls of windows into the trees. The sofa facing the fireplace pulls out to a queen bed
- Two dining tables that seat 8 and 4, plus 4 stools at the kitchen bar
- Fully stocked kitchen: pro-style range, butcher-block island, granite counters, and a coffee station with drip and Keurig machines
- Lounge with a second stone gas fireplace, card table, window seat, and a balcony with Adirondack chairs
- BR3: Queen bed, en-suite bath with walk-in shower, and a door out to the deck
- BR4: King bed, Jack & Jill bath shared with BR5 (dual sinks, walk-in shower)
- BR5: King bed, Jack & Jill bath shared with BR4
- Half bath

Upper level:

- BR1 (primary suite): King bed, electric fireplace, TV, coffee bar with mini fridge, walk-in closet, private balcony, and an en-suite bath with jetted tub, walk-in shower and dual sinks
- BR2: King bed, sitting area with TV, en-suite bath with walk-in shower
- Office and workout nook: desk with monitor, spin bike, weights and a queen pull-out sofa
-Full hall bath with tub and shower

Lower level:

- Family room with a big sectional, large TV, bean bags and a cast-iron wood stove
- BR6 (bunk room): 4 twin beds in 2 bunks, TV, and the "Blue Ridge Canopy Arcade" with 3 arcade games
- Full bath with walk-in shower, right outside the bunk room, Laundry with 2 stacked washer/dryer sets is also in this bathroom
- Doors out to the lower patio

Outdoors:

- Rear deck with hot tub, cedar sauna, gas grill, a fire table with wraparound sectional, and a long dining table with seating for 16, all under string lights
- Front patio with Adirondack chairs and a hanging swing, surrounded by the woods

Other things to note:

- Blue Ridge Canopy is pet friendly! We allow up to 4 pets with a $150 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night).
- Wintergreen offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course, golfing, and much more.
- Motorcycles are not permitted at Wintergreen Resort
- The driveway can fit about 6 vehicles. There is overflow parking available at Wintergreen if needed.
- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and deck.
- The living room, basement theater room, bunk room, and 2 other bedrooms have smart TVs where you can access whatever streaming services you subscribe to. We do not subscribe to cable.
- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options
- Linens and towels provided
- Guests can enjoy free community pool access in the summer season (though the HOA rules stipulate no more than 6 guests at a time, and the permitted hours are 2-6pm).
- Pack n play, high chair, and kid dishes provided
- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.
