Riverlight gives two guests a place to spend time together on the Nehalem River, with a private yard and dock that make staying in part of the trip. Head out to explore the coast, then return to cook dinner and settle into a chair overlooking the water. One Queen bedroom keeps the stay suited to a couple or a solo traveler looking for a few days by the river.



The Space:

At Riverlight, a day at the property can be part of the plan. The river is front and center at Riverlight. From the living room windows to the backyard on the riverbank and the private dock, the water is part of how you spend your time here. A leather chair beside the windows gives you a place for morning coffee or a book, while the sofa and dining table keep meals and time together in one open space.



Outside, the brick patio and lawn extend toward the river. Take breakfast out to the table, spend part of the afternoon on the private dock, or gather beside the fire pit when conditions allow. The yard gives two guests room to spend time outdoors without leaving the property.



The full kitchen makes it possible to bring groceries and let meals fit the day. Cook together, eat at the dining table, or carry a meal outside. A drip coffee maker and grinder are provided.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the unit, yard, patio, fire pit, dock, and garage.

The Neighborhood:

A stay here puts the Nehalem River at the center of your time on the Oregon Coast. You can spend a morning at the property, head into Nehalem for a meal, and leave another day for the beach at Manzanita.



Nehalem's small town center has shops and places to eat. Manzanita offers a beach and village to explore, while Wheeler adds another stop along the river. Riverlight suits guests who want to explore these coastal towns and have time at the water between outings.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for exploring Nehalem, Manzanita, Wheeler, and the surrounding coast. On-site parking and private garage access are available.

Occupancy

The property accommodates no more than two registered guests, with one Queen bedroom and one bathroom.



Riverfront setting

The grounds border the Nehalem River, and the dock is for your private use. Children must be supervised outdoors. Fencing should not be treated as a barrier to the water. Follow the property instructions for dock use, and contact Arrival Getaways before planning boat moorage or watercraft launching.



Access

The property has exterior stairs. Contact Arrival Getaways before booking if you need details about the entry route or have specific access requirements.



Pets

Pets are not permitted at this property.



Outdoor fires

The fire pit has a cooking grate. Use is subject to current fire restrictions and property instructions. A separate barbecue is not provided.



Community setting

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect neighboring properties throughout your stay.
