We appreciate your feedback as this assist us with improvements in areas that we are lacking.Happy to know this was the second time in a row staying at our hotel and love the beach which is probably the nicest beach on the 7 mile and found the rooms clean and well appointed.Sorry to hear of your dislikes which includes the lack of friendliness from the staff especially the female staff and the poor service in the restaurant. These issues will be looked into and addressed so they do not reoccur.Despite these disappointments it is good knowing you found other staff members who were pleasant which includes the elder lady in the dining room (Francella) and beach security and will return to the property in the future.Wishing you all the best and looking forward to your future visits.
