This is a new home that was completed Oct 2020 and will exceed all your expectations for quality, comfort, and convenience. 2nd Floor Master Bedroom faces the beach.

In addition to the bedrooms, we have one new Full Size sofa sleeper in the upstairs living room.

Large screen TV's and Wireless Internet throughout.

Stainless Steel gas grill on the lower level. The house also has (14) beach chairs for your convenience.

Gourmet Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Stainless Steel Appliances; Granite Countertops; new 42" soft-close cabinets; and dining table.

Two laundry rooms with new extra large top-of-the-line washer and dryer.

This home is the perfect beach vacation and will instantly become your home away from home!

The 12' x 24' in-ground pool is the perfect place to relax. The depth is 3' in the shallow end to 6' in the deep end. The pool is NOT heated.

The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is better than what is in the listing description. Serendipity was the perfect getaway for our family! Highly recommend!

GREAT FAMILY VACATION
The place was even better than the pictures showed! Had double red flags for the whole week, so the pool was a trip saver for the kids and grandkids. Easy to communicate with Michelle about entry and through the week she checked to make sure things were going well. Stayed with quite a few rentals over the years, and this place was by far the best! Highly recommend.

Great house and pool!
The property was exactly what the listing said it was. It was clean, spacious, well-appointed, and a 3-minute walk to the beach. However, Grand Navarre Blvd is currently a construction zone with the traffic and noise one would expect, and contractors' vehicles were parked along the street, occasionally blocking it. That said, we'd probably stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay here. The property was very clean, well maintained and decorated. It had ample space and everything we needed and more. Michelle was so sweet to even leave us a welcome gift basket!

Great location
The home was beautiful and a great location, just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. The golf cart was great and the elevator was awesome for moving things in! We did not use the pool as it was to cold and it isn’t heated. The kids would have loved a heated pool! The sandy beach was great though! The host was quick to respond to a couple issues that we had. Overall a great family vacation spot.

Nice house, all amenities. Two rooms had bunk beds, others had only one bed each unlike other houses that cram two beds in each bedroom to increase number of people it will accommodate for advertising. It is a few minutes walk to the beach so not convenient for impulse visits but the cart provided is good for planed beach visits. The manager was VERY responsive and a joy to work with. Didn't use the upstairs family room and main downstairs could use a little more seating room. Definitely would recommend if the size fits your needs and quick beach access is not the top priority.

Our family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home over our fall break! The home was spotless and fully stocked. The beach chairs, golf cart, elevator and pool were so nice to have right there for our use. The property manager was super easy to communicate with and truly made sure we had a 5 star experience. The hand written note and welcome basket were a special touch and were very much appreciated! Would highly recommend this beach house for your next stay in Navarre!

Beautiful Home!
The house was immaculate! Everything needed for a trip was thought of and present. We have visited Navarre Beach every year for the past 10 years and this house was by far the best. The pool was a little cold but very relaxing and enjoyable! Again every little detail down to the dryer sheets were present (I’ve always brought my own but didn’t need them this time). There were Extra blankets and pillows and one of the most comfortable couches ever!!!! I want to keep this place a secret for us next year lol but we would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to stay. Oh and the use of the golf cart was absolutely AWESOME!!!! Thank you Michelle for your great hospitality and the gift basket upon arrival. 😊

The beach house was a perfect home for our family of 12, including 5 kids ages 4-12. The location is perfect, very close to the beach. Private pool was enjoyed by everyone. What a great stay! This house held our family of 14 very comfortably! The closeness to the beach was so convenient and the golf cart was like icing on the cake! The kitchen is well stocked and clean, the double laundry rooms are a huge help for multiple families and the 2 outdoor showers were very helpful to keep the sand at a minimum. The attention to details by the management company were top notch! By far the best VRBO experience we have ever experienced! We hope to use the house again in the future!

Family Needing a Break!
The house was amazing! The pool and the golf cart was everything the children requested. The pool could add a heating factor for nighttime swimming, but other than that pool rocks! My family and I are avid coffee drinkers and we love a coffee mug that holds more than enough coffee. The coffee mugs provided were fun and gorgeous. I even asked Michelle where she get them from! Michelle is an amazing host! She was very responsive and helpful! Perfect attitude We will definitely stay in more private pool homes hosted by Michelle!!

Best House and Host!!!
I cannot recommend this house more! It was such a joy to spend a week here with our family and friends. I was a little nervous about not being on the beach, but having a golf cart to use made all the difference in the world. Not to mention the kids LOVED being able to ride on it. The house was clean and well decorated. The kitchen had all the pots/pans, etc. in it that we could have possibly needed during our stay. For my husband who loves to cook that was a big plus. The elevator was a big help in assisting with luggage to the top floors and for my mother in law who has some trouble with stairs. We will definitely be back and will recommend this location always!

My family and myself had a great week in this clean, spacious and beautiful home! There were so many bedrooms and two living spaces so we had plenty of room for everyone. The elevator was a nice addition for my elderly mom and even for myself at times since I’ve had back surgery. We especially loved the golf cart to ride around in the evenings and to use to haul our stuff to the beach. Great neighborhood!

Amazing place
We had an awesome time here. The home is amazing the neighbors are awesome the golf cart and welcome package was top tier. I own rentals and I was thoroughly impressed. Great beach house- lots of room for 8 people to spread out. Porch out front was nice for watching the ocean and drinking coffee in the mornings. Golf cart was great for going to and from the beach. Would stay here again!
