IMPORTANT INFORMATION



• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Rentals to guests under 25 are not permitted. No exceptions.

• Pets are not permitted.

• A starter supply of paper products, toiletries, dishwashing products, trash bags, and laundry detergent is provided. Supplies are not replenished during the stay, and additional items may be needed for longer reservations.

Interaction with Guests:

Trash service is every Saturday. We kindly ask that you place your household garbage into the bins. Bins should be placed at the road on Friday evening for a Saturday morning pick-up.
