Montpius by Totiaran is a magnificent apartment located in the beautiful village of Salardú, just 3 km from the 1500 quota of Baqueira. The property can accommodate up to 11 people, has a spacious surface distributed over two floors and has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The finishes are minimalist and modern without forgetting the mountain environment where we find ourselves.



The first floor is composed of a spacious living-dining room and an American kitchen, all in the same space with wooden finishes that give a great sense of comfort and well-being. In addition, it has a balcony where you can appreciate the charm of Salardú with the beauty of the Valley in the background. On the same floor, we find a bedroom with a double bed, another room with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a washer-dryer. On the second floor, which is entirely attic-style, we find the main bedroom en suite, with a spacious double bed and bathroom in the same space with views of Salardú. This is followed by a room with bunk beds with a capacity for 5 people and a sofa and TV area for the entertainment of the youngest members of the house. The bedroom is assisted by a bathroom with a bathtub.

However, upon arrival you will find a welcome kit in the accommodation, which includes:

For each bathroom: a roll of toilet paper, a hand soap, a shower gel and a shampoo in single-dose format.

For the kitchen: a basic cleaning kit, composed of a manual dishwashing single-dose, a washing machine capsule, a dishwasher capsule, a cloth and a scouring pad.

This kit is complimentary and will not be replenished during the stay.

Likewise, no food or cooking condiments (such as salt, oil, sugar, etc.) are included for hygiene and safety reasons.



Note: The internet connection in the Valley is not via fibre optic. Please be aware that the WIFI signal is low.
