„Ausreichend großes, sehr modernes und sauberes Zimmer. Die Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse sind sehr schön und ruhig. Die Betten waren außerordentlich bequem, das Badezimmer schön sauber. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich, absolut geniales Frühstück - sehr zu empfehlen! Auch die Rooftop Bar ist schön, allerdings preislich auch im hohen Bereich angesiedelt. Die "Mini-Spritz" Getränke waren niedlich.“

„Sehr zentral gelegen, Union Station fußläufig in 5 Min. erreichbar. Älteres Gebäude, aber gepflegter Zustand. Für die zentrale Lage insgesamt recht ruhig. Alternative Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden. Kaffe und Tee in der facility fee enthalten. Für einen Städtetrip zu empfehlen.“

„Very comfy Hotel, good walking distance to all the major attractions and close to different Bus Lines. Staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. On our Booking it said included, however you instead get 21$/Room/Day which isn‘t enough for a full breakfast unfortunately. But a lot of Coffee-Shops and Restaurants are very close.“

„The front desk staff was amazing! The rest of the staff was not. Their customer service was terrible, they weren’t helpful with information about THEIR OWN hotel and amenities. The thermostat also suddenly stopped working so we couldn’t control the air. The speakeasy was so overrun with non-hotel guests that we couldn’t get in after paying almost $400 for one night. Kinda defeats the purpose of an onsite bar/speakeasy.“

„Sehr schönes und neues Hotel mit einer guten Lage in der Warf. Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir konnten am Abreisetag noch bis abends den Pool nutzen, da unser Flug erst sehr spät ging. Wir können das Hotel jederzeit weiter empfehlen.“

„Wir waren schon einmal in diesem Hotel. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber, Betten bequem. Gute Klimaanlage, die nicht im Fenster installiert sind. Allerdings war die Temperatur bei Ankunft für meinen Geschmack viel zu kalt eingestellt. Frühstück à la carte. Schmackhaft. Allerdings wenn es ab 7 Uhr Frühstück geben soll, kann man nicht erwarten, dass hier „deutsche Pünktlichkeit“ vorherrscht. Vielmehr kommen die Mitarbeiter gegen 7 Uhr langsam eingetrudelt. Ist im Urlaub aber auch eigentlich nicht ...

„Very nice room, clean and comfortable bed, i like the empty fridge in the room, free water station is a big plus, staff are very friendly, location is amaizing, 3 min from metro and only 20 min to union station, very walkable to the capitol and surrounding area, grocery and food around the corner“
