The front desk and rooftop staff. The room was clean and updated. But you need to replace the hallway carpets when your budget permits.

Uncovered parking , friendly staff, clean, mini kitchen, comfortable beds, not a bad walk to Broadway! We will definitely be staying there again!

Thank you for the wonderful stay I had at your hotel. The staff, especially the front desk staff, were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel's convenient location near the concert I attended was perfect, and the complimentary breakfast was a delightful bonus. The room was spotless and comfortable, making my stay truly enjoyable. I look forward to returning in the future.

superbe hotel nous etions francais mais très bien debrouille avec le traducteur goggle,hotel tres propre ,situé tout pres des lieux a visiter,bus à proximité,seul petit truc negatif la reservation du taxi faite le jour du depart ,reservation faite par l'hotel avec la societee music city on nous avait la course 25à 30 dollar au total 50 dollar sans preuve de prix ,après vu les avis sur goggle,société à eviter

I was there for the Rock n Roll Run, was walking distance to start line. The breakfast was great and nice to have so we didn’t have to worry about finding a place for breakfast ! Roof top restaurant was tasty for what we had. We went to Jonathons bar and grill on third behind hotel it was great with great deals !

The hotel and room were very nice. No free parking (valet only) and the area around the hotel is not in good shape. Across from the detention center and a lot of empty lots and construction. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Nice to have breakfast included. Can hear through the room next to us. Great manager on duty helped us- Marvin, very friendly. Felt safe, would be nice to know it’s next to a detention center, though didn’t feel unsafe. Very walkable to broadway but not in the middle of it. Right next to a trolley stop. Cute coffee shop.

Marvin, Kristen and the other woman that works during the day with the fabulous eyelashes were the best ever. They really went above and beyond. The free breakfast in the morning was very good. They had a large assortment of stuff. Everything was fresh and delicious. The hotel was very clean. The service in the upstairs restaurant was subpar. But that is really our only complaint.

Was a really nice place however when we visited there was street construction right out side of our room that began at 7:30a so no chance in sleeping in other than that everything else was amazing.

Took my wife to Nashville for our 46th Wedding Anniversary to see Celtic Woman. The hotel was excellent. Wanted one that was close to Tennessee Performing Arts theatre.It was less than a 10 min walk. Was able to check in a little early which was great. Had a great restaurant there called Zeppelin’s which we had dinner at. Food was tremendous. Breakfast in the morning which was great. All the people there were more than friendly and eager to assist.
