The guest house is newly renovated with plenty of natural light. It has a walkway to the right of the driveway, leading you to your private entrance. The loft is located upstairs. We also provide a hair dryer and iron for your traveling convenience.



We are always available for a text or a phone call during your stay! We love the Franklin area and would love to help you have the best possible experience.



We live in a quiet neighborhood that is family friendly. Close to parks, coffee shops and restaurants.



The guesthouse is set back from the main house above a two car garage. Guests who book `The Nook` area allowed to park two cars. The parking spaces for the Nook are in front of the left garage door and then you can park a car directly behind your other car. Again on the left side and also not blocking the main driveway.



A $200 security deposit will be charged to your card by Ghossein Getaways two days before checkout. This amount will be automatically refunded within three days after your departure, provided there are no damages or issues.
