Enjoy amenities like our rooftop with downtown views, game room, gym, pool, & meeting room. We transformed our flex space into tour bus-style crew quarters for your additional guests!

We`re steps away from Midtown nightlife and an easy walk to most areas, such as Broadway, Edgehill, Vanderbilt, and the Gulch.

As our guest, you will have full access to our entire condo, as well as shared space areas with other units in the building. These areas are located on the 4th floor, as well as the pool, accessible from the 1st floor. They include a private meeting room, a game room, a large kitchen and dining area, a gym, and a wrap-around rooftop porch with downtown views.

We give guests full privacy, but we are available if you need us. We are a message or call away. :)

You will be staying in the Crescendo Building, perfectly situated on Music Row. We`re close to midtown, Downtown, East Nashville, The Gulch, and all the hot spots you will want to visit!

Uber and Lyft are the perfect way to get around our exciting and stunning city!

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $40 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
