2. No parties or events: To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, parties and gatherings are not allowed.
3. Quiet hours: Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum at all times.
4. No cats allowed. Unfortunately due to allergies we do not allow cats.
5. Maximum occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is stated in the booking. Please do not exceed this limit without prior approval.
6. Guest registration: All guests must be registered with Airbnb prior to arrival. Any additional guests not included in the reservation must be approved in advance.
7. Cleanliness: Please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. A cleaning fee is included in your reservation, but excessive mess or damage may incur additional charges.
8. Respect for property: Please treat the apartment and its contents with care and respect. Any damage caused during your stay will be your responsibility.
9. Check-in and check-out: Check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
10. Security: For your safety and security, please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the apartment. Do not share the access code or keys with unauthorized persons.
11. Parking: Complimentary parking is available. For access to the gated parking lot parking cost is $20 per day for 1 car per apartment.
