This was my second trip to Nashville and will not be my last. This hotel is nothing short of amazing. It is literally close to everything! The staff was incredible and accommodating. The shuttle service was top tier. Shout out to Jeremey our shuttle driver…he ensure our safety each time with drop offs. This will be my go to hotel when in da ville!

The staff was really nice but room service/housekeeping was non existent. We called 3 times to ask for housekeeping on 3 separate days and when it finally got done they only replaced our towels and left the bed sheets alone as well as didn’t replace our empty tissue box or paper towels. The hotel quality was nice and everything was updated and new, just disappointed in the room service as well as the $40 per night valet parking (that if you have a car you need to pay for because there’s no where else to park).

Very nice property with breakfast included. We walked quite a bit in that area to see Vanderbilt University and The Parthenon. Shuttle service to downtown was great and our room was nice and clean with a beautiful view from our balcony.

Our stay at the Element was overall a pleasant one. Hotel rooms and common spaces were updated, clean and tidy. Our room was spacious and we enjoyed having the kitchen that was equipped with pretty much anything you would need to prepare a meal during your stay. The filtered water tap in the room was a great addition as well. The complimentary daily breakfast was a nice perk of staying here. The crew that ran the breakfast was very nice and accommodating. Just make sure you make it down in time for breakfast before they shut it down because they will literally cart everything away as you’re trying to grab something. We enjoyed their happy hour where your first glass of wine or beer are free. The bar food menu is limited to 5 items. The pizza and wings were surprisingly very good. The bar staff were super nice and we enjoyed our time chatting with them. The Element does provide a shuttle that will take you to a destination up to 3 miles during designated times. As for pick ups, one driver said he would pick us up and did while another driver said they don’t do that. So that seemed a bit unorganized.. There is a mini store with a few snacks and beverages for sale in the lobby. Very convenient but pricey. Valet is pricey at $38 a night. There are a few streets with homes across the way on Charlotte that you can park your car at if you don’t mind walking across the street. Our car was fine being parked over there during our stay. "Our family of six arrived very late and were informed by the front desk that the double queen studio room we had reserved months earlier did not include a sleeper sofa, as advertised. Despite expressing our disappointment and receiving no satisfactory assistance, we found ourselves with no other options but to stay, given the late hour (after 2 am). Unfortunately, the valet failed to offer any help with our luggage or even locate a luggage cart. We ended up spending additional time searching for one ourselves. Upon finally reaching our room, we were relieved to discover that there was indeed a sleeper sofa! It left us wondering why the front desk was unaware of this fact. On a positive note, the room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. As for the complimentary breakfast, it was nothing to rave about. The hot items were barely edible, and the juices were disappointingly watered down. However, we did appreciate the presence of bagels, yogurt, and cereal. Overall, the hotel was quite nice, but the staff’s level of customer service left much to be desired."

The hotel was very clean and the staff was accomodating. Some of the things I did not care for: *Paying for valet parking was annoying. *Towels... I booked a room for four people and the room was prepared with just three towels. The towels were not changed after our first day which is standard, but there is no place to hang the towels to dry. Water...I really appreciated the fruit flavored water station by the elevator. However it was often empty so it could not be enjoyed. *Outside seating area... we went out to eat our dinner on the patio area next to the pool and we had to sit in the dark since there were no lights to turn on. *Shuttle service...Loved this, would be better if you specified that the shuttle only services rides to the Broadway area and does not provide pick up to get back to the hotel.

No parking, this hotel charges customers $38/day to park on top of the daily rate, and act like there is no where to park except their Valet parking. they marked all the parking spaces with a stupid sign prohibiting parking over 15 minutes . what a great way to greet their customers. If the owner doesn't care about providing simple basic service, you think he'll provide any better service inside??? in fact they gave me a room that stinks with dog smell. No one wants to be around dog hair/saliva/urine/sweat. the elevator smells better than the room.
