Very good location
Very close (5min) to Music City Center and Downtown. Parking Lot, good area. Funny and nice style, friendly staff and nice apartment!! Absolutely easy electronic check-in. Coming there again!

Gute Lage
Der Check-in ist etwas kompliziert, vor allem wenn man Fragen hat, da es keine Rezeption ist. Alles läuft hier online. Glücklicherweise haben wir jemanden vom Personal vor dem Gebäude angetroffen, um uns das Procedere zu erläutern und uns das WLAN-Passwort zu verraten, denn ohne WLAN kann man sich nicht registrieren und entsprechend einchecken. sobald man dies getan hat, bekommt man eine SMS, sobald das Zimmer fertig ist. Das Apartment an sich war okay, aber leider nicht so 100% sauber. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist etwas unpraktisch. Der Wasserhahn ist so nah am Waschbeckenrand, dass man unweigerlich das Bad unter Wasser setzt.

Gutes "Hotel" in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten
Wer schon immer einen schönen Aufenthalt in Nashville erleben möchte und dazu eine Möglichkeit sucht, wo alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß. Alles was man zu Hause hat, ist auch hier vorhanden. Inklusive Parkplatz ohne Extraberechnung.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The unit was well decorated and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer! The location is great, within walking distance to popular spots. The checkin process was efficient and the staff was responsive. Overall, we’re pleased with our visit and would recommend it!

The Blackswan Sobro was in a great location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The accommodations were very good, comfy beds,well equiped kitchen and roomy bathroom with nice towels. A little nit picking would have the bed side lamps controlled by something other than the wall switch at the bedroom door. At no fault to Blackswan another resident through up on the stairway, which wasn't pleasant to walk around Overall we would definitely stay here again when visting Nashville.

Couldn't use the TV . Not Apple device users, so with the exception of news programs, our watching experience was very limited. We enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient to all the actvities we were interested in. We would stay again at the Black Swan.

It was my first time staying in Nashville and I feel so lucky to stay in this place. It is easy to get to the strip, music center, and everywhere you want by walk. If you drive a car, there is a free parking available. Easy to check-in and checkout. Laundry machine inside is a huge advantage!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. Only issue we had was a previous tenant signed off on Apple TV and we couldn’t use the television because of that. Not a huge deal, as we were visiting Nashville to see the sights outside of our building. Great place to stay!

I would recommend driving a small vehicle to this property if able; our truck and someone else’s were hit this weekend in the parking lot. It’s super nice to have free parking, but the spaces and lot are small ; maybe just alert people to this

I stayed at the property for its proximity to the Country Music Hall of Fame where I had a work event and Broadway where the music venues are located. I enjoyed staying in an apartment with all the amenities of home.

The condo was very nice. Furniture was comfortable and good looking. It was well appointed with all the kitchen and bath items you would have at home. We felt safe and comfortable all weekend. Very convenient to downtown Nashville. We easily walked back and forth to Broadway. Will recommend to friends and family.

Here’s why this property didn’t get 5 stars: - we had to go up two flights of stairs to get to our room (luckily we were not an older couple). If there was an elevator, I never saw one or a sign for one. - it was a decent walk to broadway where everything is. There are closer options. We had never been to Nashville so we didn’t know what to expect distance wise. - it was fairly quiet but we were only there 3 nights and a garbage truck came twice and empty giant dumpsters outside our bedroom window. - at one point we left, my husband locked the door and checked that it was locked (as we do every time we leave somewhere) and we came back to an open door… so we are not sure if the lock was defective or if someone was in our unit but it didn’t make me feel secure after that.
