Thank you for your interest in our BRAND NEW condo! We have another condo on the same floor just a few doors down(!)...so if you are traveling with friends or a group, we can host all of you between the 2 condos! We are excited to be your hosts!

Our condo can sleep up to 6 people. It has it all...

1 bedroom with a King size bed
1 bedroom with a Queen size bed (which we call the Totem Pole Room)
2 single-size, super-comfortable, fold-out cot beds that can be placed anywhere in the condo (see photos of these in the listing)
1 full bathroom
1 full kitchen complete with everything you need during your stay.
A coffee bar!

A fitness studio in the building
An outdoor pool and an outdoor pool bar (equipped with TV`s, grills, etc)
A speakeasy-style cocktail bar in the basement called The 1865 Club

All TVs have access to all streaming options (however please sign into your personal account to access the streaming options).

Our guests have access to the entire building including:

2). The outdoor sky deck with great views of downtown Nashville (this is a great area to have a morning coffee or an early evening cocktail

4). We have a fantastic `speakeasy-style` cocktail bar called The 1865 Club located in the basement of the building. It is FANTASTIC.
