1. Smoking and drug use are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in the hallways of the building. This includes vapes, weed, or other illegal substances. There is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains about excessive noise. Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am. 3. The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean pools, gym and other shared amenities as they see fit. Please be aware. 4. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee. Please leave only 1 bag of trash in the can maximum at the property. 5. The cleaning that you pay for is to pay for how you find the home. Please leave it as you found it when you first arrived (more or less). If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently after you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee, price depends how long it takes to clean up after you (we hire 3rd party cleaners to come clean). We don’t expect you to scrub the home but simply pick up your trash and leave it decent enough that your mom would be proud! (= 6. Standard check-out is 10 am. You are booking with a valid government-issued ID and are not engaging in fraud or identity theft. 13. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance outside. Please do not wash hair down the drain, no one likes clogged drains and we all know how problematic hair and drains can be, please treat it as your own home. Flush it down the toilet or throw it in the garbage bins provided. 17. Please do not lose the key fob or parking pass, if you do, there is a $300 charge to replace it. 18. For pool and hot tub areas, no smoking of any kind of vaping, no glass is allowed, 2 people per unit allowed, any violation of these rules will incur a $500 fine.
