The Space
Our space is the second floor of a 2-story historic home. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The bathroom has a shower only. The kitchen is equipped with your basic cookware though please note there is no dishwasher. There are central air and heat. The space would be comfortable for 1-2 people though it can hold up to 4.

There is no laundry in the unit - the closest coin-op option is .5 miles up the street.

Guess Access
Guests have access to the entire second floor of the home. The main floor is a completely separated 3 bedroom unit.

There is a narrow driveway on-site that is reserved for this unit. There is also street parking available.

The Neighborhood
Only 3 miles to downtown, 10 minutes to the airport, less than 10 minutes to most must-see points of interest. It is only 3 miles to downtown - or an approximate $5 über to the honky-tonks.

Hillsboro Village is less than a mile home to the iconic Pancake Pantry, as well as local favorites: Fido, Jacksons, Hot&Cold, and Cabana. New restaurants, coffee shops, Jeni`s Ice Cream, and Pilates Garage.

You will be near Belmont University and Vanderbilt University and a short walk to the college football and baseball stadium. You are also close to the 12 South neighborhood that boasts its own great local restaurants and shops from 12South Tap Room to Burger Up to Edley`s BBQ. All great choices.

Grocery & Laundry options are only .5 miles up 21st Ave!

Getting Around
RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and a wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card, and pick out your red bike!

PARKING
There is a driveway available for parking as well as street parking.

→ We rent the space for 30 days or longer only. We highly suggest giving us a call if you're interested in booking so we can explain and answer all questions you may have about your extended stay.

→ Upon booking, a Rental Agreement must be signed before any reservation is confirmed. You will receive the agreement to be signed upon submitting your booking.

→ Our monthly minimum varies depending on the time of year. Refer to our calendar for the most up to date availability and feel free to message us with any questions. We will be in contact with you immediately if your booking does not meet our requirements and your card will not be charged.

→ Please see our Terms and Conditions or give us a call regarding security deposit options for your extended stay.

→ Please also note before booking – our quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect your noise levels especially for the tenants below. Likewise, if tenants below are EVER disturbing you reach out to us and we will take care of it right away.

→ Please inquire if you want to bring a pet!

→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.

→ The unit is on the second floor, stairs are unavoidable.

→ Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 4 people. The entry is on the side of the house. Parking is on the narrow driveway or on the street. There is no dishwasher or washer and dryer. Towels & linen are provided. Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.

→ There is parking behind the house and plenty of street parking is available. The driveway is shared with the tenants below.

→ You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival.

→ Rest assured, our team is around 24/7 for any emergency that may arise.
