„This hotel was one of the highlights we had on our Japan trip. It is located at the lovely Shoji lake and has a great roof terrace if you want to take stunning pictures of mount Fuji!
We also loved our room with the futons and the onsen!

„CLAMPING at Bulls Camp was really convenient for overnighter to the Mt Fuji area for Expo Fireworks at Fujiten Ski Resort. Not quite Camping, definitely not Glamping, the camp is situated right off of the 139 though there really was not any highway noise. The little deck and barbecue were great. „In jeder Hinsicht großartig. Wir hatten ein 4-Bett-Zimmer, das einer Suite ähnelte, 2 getrennte Schlafräume, möblierter Balkon mit Blick auf den Fuji. Übrigens auch aus der Riesenbadewanne. Das Restaurant kommt nahe an Sterne-Qualität heran. Insgesamt kaum zu glauben, dass das Hotel nur 3 Sterne haben soll. Definitiv eine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung (ich war auch schon in anderen, vergleichbaren Hotels in Fujikawaguchiko).“

Es passt wohl auch nicht zu dem Anspruch des Hauses wenn man dem Gast nach Chlor schmeckendes Trinkwasser bereitstellt, da sollte bei ca. 1000 USD ein gutes Wasser machbar sein ohne in die Minibar greifen zu müssen. "Das Hotel und das Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die private Hot Tub auf dem Zimmer mit Thermalwasser aus der lokalen Quelle war ganz toll! Das traditionell eingerichtete Zimmer hatte nur sehr dünne Futons und sehr harte Kissen - das muss man gewöhnt sein, wir haben schlecht geschlafen. Unser Zimmer lag zur Straße, es war recht laut. Die Klimaanlage ist am Boden installiert, d.h., es ist an den Füßen kalt und im Rest des Zimmers warm. Es gab keinerlei Haken oder Stangen, um z.B. Handtücher oder Jacken aufzuhängen. Das Essen findet zu festgelegten Zeiten statt - für uns war das sehr früh, 17.45 für das Abendessen. Es bestand aus vielen verschiedenen Speisen und war hauptsächlich lecker und frisch. Man sollte aber Fisch in allen Facetten mögen, auch zum Frühstück, sonst hat man ein Problem. Verschiedene Getränke waren inbegriffen, es gibt auch eine Getränkestation für zwischendurch. Das Hotel liegt nahe einer Bushaltestelle, von der man überall hin kommt."

"I had a wonderful two-night stay at HOTEL MYSTAYS Fuji Onsen Resort. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of Mt. Fuji was absolutely breathtaking. The onsen facilities were relaxing and well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I would especially like to thank Kandel at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help me during a stressful situation. I had accidentally left my passport at a previous hotel, and Kandel kindly assisted me in contacting them and coordinating the delivery of the passport to my current location. His support and professionalism made a huge difference, and I’m extremely grateful.
