Fantastic family vacation home

We (Family of four, 2 adults, 2 kids (10 and 6 years) enjoyed 17 wonderful days at this home in October 2015. Naples is "our vacation town" where we try to come to at least once a year. The house was perfect for us. It was all as described; literally speaking we had the feeling it was all brand new. TV's incl. cable, kitchen, outside cooking area, pool, all was really in a perfect condition. The owner (Lucy and Gabriel) contacted us before via e-Mail and made sure that we were feeling home even before the vacation started. Check-in process was explained and the guard at the gated community knew we were coming and checking in. Gabriel visited us the next morning and made sure we got a proper introduction into all devices. The music system (many speakers incl. outside speakers in the Lanai) were a big advantage. Listening to the music while relaxing at/in the pool was great. The rooms were fitted out as you would like to have it. Tasteful decoration, furniture fitted into the house, simply all was a match. The pool was the perfect "toy" for our boys and for us. Lots of fun and with the given pool toys a fantastic "exercise". Internet, TV, phone, WLAN, all was there. In the garage there were bikes, beach chairs and everything else required for a nice day at the beach. Outside kitchen area incl. the big barbecue was great and we enjoyed having barbecue with our friends staying in Naples at the same time. The house was clean and very luxury with regard tp space. The kids space was on one side, the master bedroom on the other. This way we could have some time for us as well, while the kids were playing in their room(s). Shopping opportunities are within five minutes by car (Publix, Walmart, etc.). Outlets and shopping malls for extensive shopping (:-) are within 15-20 minutes and the beaches are within 10 minutes as well. Lowdermilk beach is and was our favorite. For dinner all needs (from cheap to expensive) are reachable within 5 to 20 minutes as well, like Outback, IHOP, MCDonalds (kids), Cheesecake Factory, etc. Our next trip to Florida will certainly be next year and we hope to have the chance to stay with Lucy and Gabriel again. Great Vacation

We were in Naples for a football tournament and this home was amazing. The pictures are exactly what we saw. The kids enjoyed the pool daily. The kitchen and master bathroom were my favorite. My husband enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with the grill. The neighborhood was extremely nice. My only complaints were the Wi-Fi would disconnect every 15 minutes. Other than that we all enjoyed ourselves and would stay here again.

Family Time

Very lovely home. Spacious ,quiet many things for you to do as a family. There’s even enough chairs and umbrellas for you to use at the beach for a very rememberable day. I would definitely come back.

Belle proriétée, beau cartier !

Perfect property for a family holiday. Superb interior decoration, very large, as advertised and as shown by the photos. Very clean, very large and very comfortable. Very nice pool with fountain and light. Beautiful backyard with large BBQ area ( sink, fridge, etc ....). Many things to do in the surrounding area, including the beach 15 minutes away, visits to upscale neighborhoods, exceptional vegetation, restaurant activities and shopping. Not for the small budget though, but good value for money. It's true that some exterior furniture is a little worn and that a little interior paint refresh would be in order, but nothing major. There may also be a bit of noise, since it's next to a main road, but again, nothing major. We had a dream week... The whole family really enjoyed it

Spacious but worn

The check in process was fairly simple, we had a hiccup but it was rectified quickly. The house is a lovely property in a great neighborhood. Very clean. Very convenient to everything. Beautiful pool area. A couple of cons, it is very noisy in the pool area due to the proximity to a very heavily traveled noisy main thoroughfare. Hard to have a conversation at times. The furniture in the house is worn and stained but I do get it is a rental but it could use some updating as can the overhead lighting in the primary bedroom. It is dark. The house did supply all kitchen needs and beach chairs, and some floats. The supplied bicycles needed some work, like brakes, so not rideable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Communication with owner/manager was hard as we found out he was out of the country but he did respond.

Perfect location

This house was perfect location, close to beaches, marina, coffee shops. But also Target, 5 Below and groceries only 10 minutes away to grab all you need for week. My family loved the pool and all the outside games the owner left for them to play. The owner was quick to respond and was very helpful from start to finish.

Attentive host

When we first walked into the property, it looked like the pictures in the description. After being there a day, there were a few issues with the bedding, and the accessories. I called the host and he had new bedsheets, towels and and the other items sent to the house. We were in town to celebrate Christmas with family, the house was fine for that. The pool and outdoor area are the best feature, although the grill and outdoor cushions should be replaced in my opinion. There is quite a bit of road noise, but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

The house was just Amazing. Spacious and roomy open living. The house was very clean. Wonderful stay

This rental was perfect for our family. The home was clean and really exceeded our expectations as the listing didn't do it justice. The floor plan was split which I appreciate because our teenagers stay up later than I care to. The private pool/lanai was very nice to have on days when intermittent rain foiled our beach plans. If there is one negative, I would say it is the master bed/mattress needs replaced however, we will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Pool/Patio

We loved this property, especially the pool and patio area. Myself and my 18 year old daughter stayed by ourselves so we appreciated the security of a gated community. The neighborhood was very quite and great to walk our dogs in. Very little traffic. The property was well maintained and property management was very responsive. The only negative thing I could say and it was very minor for us, is that the back of the property is next to a busy loud road. You can’t see it but you can hear it when you are on the patio. Again this is very minor issue and didn’t bother us but some people might not like the noise.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful. Gabriel responded in minutes to every message that we sent him. The house is large and clean with all that is needed to eat drink and enjoy. My father in law and sister in law visited and there was plenty of space for us all with 3 bedrooms. We enjoyed the pool and walking the beautiful neighbourhood. The community is not far from Coastland mall, downtown or the beach. Just a short drive. If there were any negatives at all it would be the traffic noise during the day that is not constant but loud now and then with trucks and motorcycles. Primary mattress should be changed. Its not horrible but I am picky when it comes to my bed. I would definitely recommend to others!

The house is as beautiful as pictured. It could use a deeper cleaning as the baseboards and house fans were covered with dust & dirt. The location is central to many things and easy to get to. The downside is it is noisy due to it backing up to a major road. Pool was nice and relaxing. Overall a good stay.

Summer time dreaming

Over all, my family really enjoyed our stay. The house really did offer everything we needed from cooking to grilling. The only thing I didn't see was beach towels so we ended up buying our own. In the master bathroom the tub mats had what seemed like hair caught underneath them. Assuming it's hard to come out after washing them. Other than that I would definitely stay at this property again.
