There are security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only (on all angles of the exterior property.These remain running at all times and solely to be used for security purposes to ensure the safety of the property and traveler. We’re always looking for our guest’s safety!

We equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. Doesn’t record conversations, simply decibel/noise levels.

Note, all aforementioned data is not stored and is deleted when no longer needed.

- Tropical Climate Disclosure:
This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, ferile cats, alligators, non-native primates, and other wild animals, as well as all kinds of bugs, including, but not limited to, ants, honey bees, palmetto bugs, roaches, etc. on the property.
Per Airbnb's listing requirements, we are, therefore, required to notify you that we have "dangerous animals" on the property.
All stand-alone, homes, excluding those that are not in a condominium tower, due to this possibility, however remote, are required, by Airbnb, to notify you of the possibility that one might encounter both dangerous, and fear-provoking, non-threatening creatures.
We have pest control services to deal with all of these creatures. If you come across any of them, please contact us via Airbnb's Direct Message (DM) system, immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover, both inside your space, or outside, on our property.
Many of these creatures are free-roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring, city, community, or HOA properties, and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of
same.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.


Smoking is prohibited.
No Events Allowed - $500 or more Fines will be applied and will be asked to vacate the property .

Pets are allowed however if they cause damage, or are not cleaned up after there will be a $500 charge
