The Upstair's Retreat can be found on the Historic Coquina Cottage Estate. Located at the corner of Broad Ave S and Gordon Drive, we are within walking distance to the water and all that Old Naples is renowned for. This Historic Estate features five separate rentals on the property: The Main House, The Upstair's Retreat, and Cottages A, B, and C.

Main House #3984466: King, queen with ensuite bathrooms, kitchen, extra sitting room, deck, and brick patio.
The Upstairs Retreat #3947948: 2 kings, 1 bathroom, kitchen and laundry, and porch.
Cottage A #3980277: Queen efficiency with no stove or laundry. With a non covered porch.
Cottage B #3980383: King with sitting room, 1 bathroom, kitchen, laundry, covered porch, and brick patio.
Cottage C #3980651: Queen studio, 1 bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and brick patio.

You will enter The Upstair's Retreat by walking around to the back of the Main House to it's own landing and entrance. You can rent the Upstairs Retreat and the Main House separately or together. There is a door in the downstair's hallway that locks on both sides. We can share the key or keep it in the lockbox.

The Upstair's Retreat is an independent rental. You will only see other guests in the shared spaces - The outside by your vehicle, the trash, and the grill space where extra beach supplies live.

Please enter the property from Gordon Drive and follow the crescent-shaped driveway to Broad Ave S. You will park on the Broad Ave S. side of the driveway and follow the stone path to your small brick patio and entryway at the back of the property.

Once you open the door, you will walk into a hallway where we keep your beach supplies. The stairway is approximately 16 steps up, leading to the second floor. The door at the top of the stairs must remain closed at all times to ensure the air conditioning works properly. When left open for even a short amount of time, the system needs to work harder to keep up.

The Upstairs has an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings with two large airplane fans, central air conditioning and heating, a mounted television, a desk, antiques, art, and a comfortable seating arrangement.

A large, white marble counter flows around the kitchen workspace, forming the four-seat bar area. The kitchen includes a four-burner stove, deep farmhouse sink, built-in under-the-counter refrigerator and freezer, and cabinetry. The wall of windows behind the sink allows for beautiful views of the grounds and the night sky.

There are two king bedrooms upstairs. On the left side, facing Broad Avenue S, the second king bedroom straight ahead faces Gordon Drive. Both have bedside tables, lamps, ceiling fans, and space for clothes.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room tucked into a utility room. Here, we store cleaning supplies, beach supplies, and the Wi-Fi router. The one bathroom is directly across from the kitchen, with a step-up. The tub/shower combination functions well. Below a wall-mounted mirror, the marble vanity features a single sink and linens stored beneath. The toilet is tucked in behind this mirrored wall.

We supply beach chairs, an umbrella, an insulated beach bag, and Igloo ice packs.
