Welcome to this charming 5-bedroom home on Marco Island, offering a spacious and inviting atmosphere for your next getaway. Nestled with a breathtaking view of the bay, this home provides a peaceful retreat with plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment.

The highlight of the property is the view along with the large swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on sunny days, along with a generous outdoor dining area where you can enjoy meals or fire up the BBQ for an al fresco experience. Whether you're watching the sunset over the water or enjoying a quiet evening, the outdoor space is sure to be a favorite spot for your group.

The interior of the house offers ample space with a lot of natural light and is comfortable and practical for friends or family groups. Please note that this is an older home and the bathrooms along with the kitchen have not been upgraded yet.

Important Disclosure: the garage is not accessible for guest use and you can bring your boat to the dock but the lifts are also not available.

We recently stayed at this property in Marco Island and, unfortunately, our experience was not what we expected.The house had a strong humidity odor, similar to an old home that has not been properly maintained. The return AC grill was extremely dirty, which raised concerns about cleanliness and air quality.We had planned a family cookout with high-end meat, but the outdoor grill was completely out of gas. Replacement tanks weren’t delivered until the day before our departure — far too late for us to enjoy the meals we had prepared.Another issue was privacy. While we were relaxing in the pool, a worker unexpectedly entered through the side of the property to clean the pool without any prior notice, interrupting our family time.Overall, while Marco Island itself is beautiful, this property fell short of expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest experience. Improvements are definitely needed to make future stays more enjoyable and stress-free.

Overall a great stay in Marco Island. House was very accomdating to 3 couples. Bathrooms could use some updating, however the house was clean and close to beach/restaurants...would recommend!

Terrible comunicación with Marco Naples Rental

When we arrived on Saturday the pool was completely dirty and the water green, we called Marco Rental and rather than helping us they told us to use the pool, even though two different pool cleaners told us it was unsafe. Afterwards rather than compensating us for our lost time they tried bribing us with $350 to not leave a bad review. We have rented with you for multi years and it's a tragedy for you guys to lose customers due to bad companies like Marco Naples Rental. We going to be sending you fotos videos and emails with the bad experience and worst vacation ever.

Relaxing week in Marco

We enjoyed our week at this property and the ample space for our 3 small families. We spent most of our time on our boat exploring the islands and beaches and it was nice to return to the pool area for a quick dip before dinner. Plenty of kitchen storage and location couldn't be beat for stores, dining and exploring.

This is a nice house with an amazing outdoor area! There is a covered patio where we ate all our meals and there was so much room around the pool to sit a lot of people! We saw dolphins every day in the water! The house could use a little TLC, but overall it was a nice house. The Marco Naples Vacation Rentals people were awesome to work with! If you have any issues at all, they will be right on top of it!

Great views and fishing

The house had a great view and was a fantastic spot for fishing. The layout was great for multiple families and the open concept between the kitchen, family and patio was great. We did have some concerns, however. Upon arrival the house smelt musty, we found a dead rat outside the screen porch and there is a ton of trash/junk on the side of the house. We also found mold in the bathrooms, the kitchen cabinets were falling apart and all 4 trash cans were overflowing. We still had a great time, would rate 5/5 if the house was better maintained.

The house is old and not taken care of . Kitchen cabinet doors are falling off the hinges. Master suite bathroom has rusted through faucets , screws coming out. Lots of junk around the house

Big home with awesome fishing

The house was great. 5 bedrooms and two family rooms. Plenty of space for all 9 of us. Only request was more beach towels. Thank you for sharing your home. The fishing was awesome. Even caught 2 baby sharks!! The views were amazing.

Amazing location

Overall, it was amazing! The pictures are accurate and represent the property well. We spent most of our time on the dock and we’re able to see a great deal of dolphins—one came right up to the dock—and several manatee. We caught catfish, redfish, sharks, eel, starfish, and some unknown fish types. The house was spacious and accommodated are family very well. Both South Marco beach and Tigertail beach are short drives and house thousands of seashells. The rental agency was always available with any questions we had. The only negative I can say is the kitchen needs a good deep clean. The shelves were dirty and need to be thoroughly wiped. Also, there was only one dish towel and two pot holders. And, the bathroom by the single rooms needs attention—opening and closing the shower doors was a battle. But other than that, we were pleased and enjoyed our stay.
