Hotel.com hat die Vorauszahlung gefordert und bekommen Ich habe das gebuchte Zimmer nicht bekommen aber hotel.com ist nicht bereit, die Differenzkosten (ca. 150 €) zu erstatten. Für mich ist hotel.com gestorben!

Nicht gut. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis schlecht.
Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr. Rezeption bereits um 20:00 zu. Checkout bis 10 Uhr. Frühstück ist wie in ein amerikanisches Motel. Viel Plastik: Becher, Messer. Ei/Eier gibt es nicht. Nur der Kaffee ist gut. Duschkopf und die seitliche Düsen sind stark verkalkt. Es gibt zwar den Regendusche-Kopf/Brause, funktioniert aber nicht. Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Viel zu teuer. Angemessen wäre 75-80 Euro pro Nacht, und das ist schon hochgegriffen. Nicht zu empfehlen. Nur der Nähe zum Bahnhof ist wirklich vorteilhaft. Bessere Angebote bei Hotel-Ketten!

Awful hotel
My stay was absolutely horrible. It started with the light in the room, its a blueish light so you are not able to see anything. The shower is so small that u can't even turn in it. The mattress is hard and the pillow felt like a rock. When i wanted to check out early in the morning, the guy on the reception was nowhere to be found, not even after i rang the bell. After ages and me already leaving he came all sleepy and had no idea what was going on. How can it be that the receptionist is sleeping when ppl want to check out. The door ringing was so loud that i even could hear it in my room. And the door downstairs made so much noise.

Ok plus für kurzen Aufenthalt
Neben der Großbaustelle des Bahnhofs, hatten aber Zimmer zum Innenhof, aufgrund der Vielzahl von Wohnungen, Appartements und Pensionen musste das Fenster trotzdem geschlossen bleiben. Auch aufgrund der Nähe der HBF's ggf. Nicht die richtige Gegend für sehr ängstliche Menschen, wenn auch für uns kein Problem. Sichtbare Polizeipräsenz in der Region stets gegeben. Dusche hatte einige Macken (Teile abgebrochen, etc), Klimaanlage gut. Aufzug hoch kostenlos, runter 20 Cent!!!!

Kleine aber sehr originell eingerichtete Zimmer. Frühstück eher bescheiden, Personal aber sehr bemüht. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Zentral, sauber, ruhig
Das Hotel ist im 3. Stock eines Hauses am großen Bahnhofsvorplatz gelegen und ist sehr gepflegt und stylish eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer (vor allem die Dusche) ist großartig! Da hat jemand mit einem wirklich guten Geschmack die Zimmer geplant und eingerichtet. Wir hatten Zimmer nach hinten, zum engen Innenhof, heraus, was zwar keinen guten Ausblick bietet, aber dafür sehr ruhig war. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren super nett und hilfsbereit! Insgesamt würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen!

Very convenient place to stay in Naples
Very close to Naples train station. Convenient for day trips. The staff was super nice. The actual room was very clean. It was a little loud outside the room, but we knew it would be as it was located near the train station. I would stay again if I needed a place to stay in Naples.

Horrible.
You get what you pay for. This place is in a very disgusting part of town. Literal trash & urine all over the streets - stay away from here if you’re a couple looking for a romantic vibe. Onto the room itself: The room was tiny. Had to squeeze by the bed every time we walked in. (Photo attached). The HORRIBLE WiFi not even usable!!!’ Couldn’t even check my email or FB on Christmas. VERY noisy, very thin walls. You will hear everything. Awful. There was a horrible smell in our room & bathroom the entire time. We noticed the entire hotel smelled like this as we walked through each day. We had to keep the windows open in the room to keep the smell out. In December this meant it was very cold in the room. The shower head was half broken. Can’t point it on your body. It made showering extremely difficult. The shower clogged each time it was used. The breakfast offering was pathetic and lazy. On the day of our checkout, they closed it 30 minutes early. Not much for food in the area either. The staff was lazy and unhelpful when asked questions. Worst of all, the morning after we checked in after a very long 8 hours commute, we wanted to sleep. The maid came and woke us up not once, but THREE times. After she was told the first time we don’t want service. This ruined the entire first day of our trip due to how exhausted we were after being repeatedly woken up. Not acceptable. My advice, don’t stay here.

Staff were really nice. Room was quiet. Lots of eating options close by. I didn't have the breakfast but it looked good. The area near by has a lot of restaurants. This hotel was about a 2 minute walk from Napoli Centrale so very convenient for taking the train.

Good quality-price ratio. Hotel is technically quite outdated, but the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. If you’re easily woken up during sleep because of sounds and noice, please consider bringing earplugs if staying here. Location is excellent transportation-wise, having central train station, bus terminal and subway all in 2 minute walking range. Some might think the surroundings outside the hotel a little shady, especially in evening and night time. Breakfast was mainly sugary carbs, so if your not used to that, consider some other solution for that. All and all good choice if you’re only using hotel for sleeping. Would stay again 👍

Great location, easy to get around the city by metro which is across the street as well as bus/ train station. Outside can seem a little sketchy but we felt very safe in the area. Hotel staff was super helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located across from the train station. Breakfast is good and coffee is great. The area may seem sketchy, but you can’t blame the hotel for the surroundings. The city needs to move on the undesireables.

Recommend
Hotel Sayonara were helpful. They didn't have our rooms the first night so stayed together in one room with the family we were with which was fine. Our room was beautiful and had a wonderful view of the piazza with a balcony. The breakfast was typical for Italy as were the bathrooms. I would recommend this hotel to friends for it's charm.

Too short of a stay
We stayed here just one night. We arrived with bicycles on the last train of the night and we’re taking an early morning ferry out. The owner met us for check-in and was very friendly and helpful. Helped to lock the bikes up and packed a breakfast bag for each of us. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was good value for money, although I had a little trouble with the shower room. The shower room door was broken and I had to close the door myself while showering. Also, the part to hang the shower head was weak, and when I let out a lot of hot water, the head turned up and flooded the bathroom. Other than that, the room was clean and well kept and the staff was friendly.

Viaggio per lavoro e nonostante avessi speso quasi 100€ per una camera superior ho trovato delle spiacevoli sorprese. L’acqua della doccia non scendeva ed ho dovuto fare la doccia con i piedi nell’acqua sporca, il miscelatore del bidet era senza areatore e schizzava l’acqua in tutto il bagno, il soffitto mostrava evidenti segni di umidità con chiazze scure, la carta da parati era sollevata in molti punti. Per fare colazione ho dovuto attendere oltre 20 min in piedi in quanto non c’era posto per sedersi. Hotel Sconsigliatossimo
