We are happy that you liked our facility. And as specified in the description we are not a hotel with a 24 hour reception in any case we always serve our guests at the time of booking then 3 days before to provide us with an arrival time to organize their check-in and also on the morning of I arrive. unfortunately in your case you didn't read any of these written messages but our concierge service still helped you without problems when you arrived and everything went smoothly

we are sorry for the key but it was enough to lock the door and the keys and insert the scehda. for breakfast there is everything written that this was a gift from us because we do not serve breakfast. for the rest we are happy that our B & B has been to your liking for the cleanliness and location 😊
