Dock your boat just steps from the deck, launch from the nearby ramp, or explore the lake with our kayaks. Spend your days boating, fishing, or hiking. Then unwind with sunset views, a fire pit and good company.

Guest Access:

You will receive a lockbox code prior to arrival where the keys are located. The property is located within a gated marina community with after-hours security for peace of mind.



Guests have access to:

*The entire Floathouzz

*Boat ramp + trailer parking

*Dock space in front of the unit

*Communal bathhouse with additional bathrooms



The Neighborhood:

Located at Lake Cumberland Marina North, you'll have direct access to boating, fishing, swimming (at your own risk), and some of the best sunsets on the lake. Boat rentals are available on-site for even more adventure.



Getting Around:

You can go on the lake to get some food or drinks at the few local restaurants or you're about a 15-20 minute drive to plenty of stores/restaurants.
