Pictures very deceiving, the dune didn't look that high in pictures, but t was, very difficult getting my special needs son over it. Check in process horrible. Check in was supposed to be 6, we got there at 4 and was told it would be an hour, so we rode up to the house to take a peek and the housekeeping person was lying on bench asleep.. went back when the hour was up, still not ready. When we finally got the keys and went back , the keys would not fit in any of the doors. Of course by then it was after hours, called the on call #, when the manager finally came out with more keys, it was after 8 pm. Will never use resort realty again.
