Welcome to Aqua Palooza, a gorgeous semi-oceanfront home in Nags Head!

Located just across the street from the beach and approximately 520 feet to the nearest beach access, you and your family will never want to leave once you’ve stayed at this beautiful, centrally located beachside retreat offering countless amenities!

Offering 8 bedrooms, 4 of which are en suites, there is plenty of room to spread out. The top level offers a comfortable living area, as well as two dining areas that seat 20. The open kitchen also conveniently provides additional countertop seating, two dishwashers, and two cooktops. A half bath, two king en suites, and decks with ocean views can also be found on this level.

Head down to the mid level to find one king en suite with private deck access, a queen en suite, a king bedroom that shares a Jack and Jill bath with a queen bedroom, and the den with a big screen TV. Two washers and dryers provide convenience for midweek laundry day.

On the ground level, the whole family will love the recreation room with a pool table, an arcade table, and a kitchenette. Two bedrooms with two bunk beds and one trundle each share a Jack and Jill bath. A half bath on this level can also be conveniently accessed via the pool area.

The large pool area offers plenty of seating, as well as a hot tub and a tiki bar. The private pool is open from mid-April until mid-October. Optional pool heat is available during the months of April, May, September, and October for $300/week.

Aqua Palooza is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Ground Level: Recreation room with TV, pool table, arcade table, kitchenette, half bath with pool access, bedroom with two twin bunk beds and a trundle, Jack and Jill bath, bedroom with two twin bunk beds and a trundle.

King en suite with private bath and private deck access, queen en suite with private bath, additional king bedroom with private deck access, and queen bedroom connected by a Jack and Jill bath. Den with large TV, surround sound, and deck access. Hall laundry closet with double washer and dryer.

Top Level: Living area, kitchen with 2 cooktops and 2 dishwashers, 2 dining areas with seating for 20, sitting room with desk, half bath, king en suite with a private bath, 3 ft wide doorway and private deck, king en suite with private bath.

Beach renourishment projects are scheduled to take place in Dare County in late spring through summer of 2026. Specifically, projects are planned to take place along the oceanfront in Nags Head, Buxton and Avon. More details will be provided as updates and plans are confirmed.
