**Hot Tub Coming May 2025!** Welcome to our Nags Head beach house, where panoramic ocean views and luxurious comforts create the perfect seaside getaway. This stylish retreat is designed for groups and families, featuring a blend of modern amenities and coastal charm!

Step into a living space that radiates warmth and relaxation, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy area for gatherings. Each of the four bedrooms is a private haven, outfitted with plush bedding and designed to ensure peaceful slumber to the rhythm of the waves.

Your private pool area (Available Seasonally) is an oasis of fun and relaxation—ideal for sunny days and tranquil evenings under the stars. Just a short walk from our lovely beach house, you can easily go from relaxing poolside to enjoying leisurely strolls along the scenic South Virginia Dare Trail.

If you decide to bring your work with you, there is a bright and sunny loft daybed area with a desk as well!

Other things to note
Thanks for your interest in my place - I appreciate you stopping by! Our house is the perfect place for families and friends to gather and enjoy the beach!

1) Confirm that only registered guests will be at the house. It sleeps plenty all ready, but our family home is not available for non-registered guests.

2) This is not a party house, it is a family home. If a party is detected by the noise monitoring system, it automatically contacts local law enforcement. The city is pretty cautious to ensure that no one is disturbed, ya know?

3) Our bedroom with bunkbeds has one Twin/Twin and one Twin/Full bunk bed.

4) The futon/sofa bed is located in the loft area and this area does not have a door. Note: futon is declared as sofa bed on due to "no futon option".

Please be aware - we are not a hotel. This is our getaway home :) That means that we do not provide daily housekeeping service at our place. We clean everything and provide one set of fresh bed linens and towels before you arrive so it's all ready for you!

If you are staying for more than 5 days, we would be happy to arrange for an additional set of fresh towels partway through your stay. Just let us know!
