Great location and pool, but everything else was disappointing.
We booked this place for a long weekend getaway and had high hopes based on the pictures and the location. The location and the pool did not disappoint! However, as previously stated in another review, the access to the beach is very challenging and for some could be impossible. We were grossed out by the state of the floors on the bedroom level, because the carpets and bathrooms were sticky and dirty. Throughout the house there were crusty brown splatters on the walls and the inside handrails were visibly dirty. Upon arrival, one of the bunk beds wasn’t made and we never found the blankets so we couldn’t use it. Under the kitchen sink, smelled like rotten seafood. There were very obvious maintenance issues, the back screen door looked like someone had walked right through it and the other back door’s handle was broken off so you couldn’t slide it closed from the outside. When you go on vacation and book a place like this you don’t expect to be met with these challenges. We did reach out to the contact we had from our booking email 3 different times during our stay and received responses but no action was taken during our 5 day stay. We’ll be avoiding this property agency in the future.
