It sleeps 4 with a full-sized futon in the den.

The thoughtfully designed interior includes a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pot, full-sized sink, convection oven, 5-burner glass-top stove, washer/dryer combo, and a full-sized refrigerator. -Use the Property and furnishings carefully and lawfully; misuse (e.g., using decorative items as functional items) may result in repair/replacement charges.
