Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located newly renovated 1BR condo.

*Just off the bypass, minutes from the beach and all main attractions.

*Fully stocked kitchen

*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*1 bedrooms, 1 bath, Comfortable and clean condo

*1 king bed, 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room.

*washer/dryer in the condo.

*Wi-Fi and smart TV available.

*Pets are allowed with a pet fee . Only 1 pet up to 50lb

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.



Guest Access:

The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Kitchen is fully quipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free.

*Easy access to both Hwy 17.
