Building offers both covered/uncovered parking, indoor/outdoor pool with hot tub and two restaurants.

Breathtaking oceanfront views from kitchen, living room and master bedroom. Sit at the bistro table on the balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, mimosas or cocktails in the evening. Relax on the balcony to see the sunrise over the Atlantic ocean and hear the waves crashing along the expansive beach.

Smart lock on condo and guest(s) will be sent a 4 digit code before your arrival for the duration of their stay.

Within the building is a must try restaurant- Don't Get Twisted

If you fly into Myrtle Beach airport you may consider a car. You can Uber though wait times can happen. Another option is a rental car via Turo. You can also fly into Wilmington or Charleston which are both within 2 hours of Myrtle Beach. Most of what you want and need is within walking distance of the condo. The bigger attractions you will drive to.

Condo building at the end of Shore Drive next to "Swash"-- amazing shelling and even shark teeth can be found.
NO smoking in the condo and balcony- The entire building is NON-SMOKING -$500 fine for smoking
NO pets per HOA
NO draping of towels, swim suits or clothes over the balcony rails
NO golf carts or motorcycles per HOA
NO use of hair dye
Do not move furniture other than coffee table for the pull out bed
Do not set thermostat below 70. Owner gets notified if set lower than 70.
Must be a minimum of 25 years old to book

PLEASE NOTE: This condo does not provide toiletries only hand soap. Additionally, the sofa bed is reserved for 5th and 6th guests staying. The use of the sofa bed is a $10 charge per person per night.
