Dieses 4-Zimmer-Suite in der 7. Etage ist direkt am Meer und bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den blauen Atlantik. Diese Wohnung verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, beide mit Kingsize-Betten, eines mit Zugang zum großen Balkon direkt am Meer und einem großen Master-Bad w / Granit, zwei Waschbecken, einen großen Jacuzzi-Wanne, separater Dusche und einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank sowie als Fliesenboden; während der andere bietet ein geräumiges Badezimmer zusammen mit seinen eigenen privaten Balkon direkt am Meer und einen eigenen Eingang in die Wohnung. Das dritte Zimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, die zu einem König umgewandelt werden kann, und das vierte Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten, zusammen mit zwei weiteren Bädern. Das Wohnzimmer bietet ein Queen-Size-Schlafsofa, Flachbild-Fernseher, in voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granit, diese Wohnung schafft eine große und geräumige Aufenthalt für Sie und Ihre Gäste.

Das Resort befindet sich im Herzen des Grand Strand in einer ruhigen Familie orientiert Abschnitt des Strandes gelegen. Die Cypress Zimmer ist ein preis Restaurant vor Ort zu gewinnen, die in den Sommermonaten täglich Frühstück und Abendessen mit dem Mittagessen Optionen auf der Terrasse und an der Poolbar serviert. Aktivitäten vor Ort gehören die Innen- und Außenpool-Komplex, der einen Lazy River, drei Pools, Spas, Kinderplanschbecken und Wasserfall / Felsformationen mit Blick auf den Strand sowie ein Fitnesscenter und eine Liegewiese umfasst.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in general very pleased with our experience. One notable exception was that the Island Vista building was managed by a different group from the one we rented the specific unit from as a result, we were often told by the resort stay off that we were “off unit” and as such, were not eligible for certain amenities. This became very problematic when there was no access to bellboys or luggage racks.

Spacious condo for families

We have always stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and have rented from other companies. We needed a 4 bedroom condo this year and were happy to find one available through Luxury Beach Rentals. We were very happy with the 4 bedroom condo and would rent it again, but there were things that need some repairing and attention. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom that can also be rented as a single unit. This particular room did not seem to be as clean and as well maintained as the rest of the condo. Our shower curtain had a great deal of mildew on it. The cleaning crew should have never left it in this condition. We cleaned it with cleaning wipes that we brought along and it came right off. It would have only taken a cleaning crew about 5 minutes to take care of the problem. The room has its own ac unit and is not controlled by the unit that controls the rest of the condo. There was mold on the vents and again, we had to clean it ourselves with the cleaning wipes. There were a few spots of what appeared to be blood on the duvet cover and the duvet itself needs some attention as it is very "lumpy" and uneven. This room just didn't seem to be "up to par" as the rest of the condo was. It is a very spacious condo and was very well equipped with towels and washcloths, and the kitchen was very nicely stocked. We would definitely rent it again, but would feel a little better about the rental price if these small inconveniences could be addressed.

Pool area was very nice as was the beach. We enjoyed the Tiki Bar and having pizza delivered to our unit on the night we arrived was nice (we didn't have to go out after driving all day). I would say that parking was very tight and there are no luggage carts for you to use upon your arrival. You have to carry everything to your unit in your arms. Overall, a good time was had by all and the condo met our expectations.

The posting for these activities were posted in the elevators were the kids could read about them. The front desk stated you chose not to participate. Very disappointing for the kids. UNHAPPY CAMPERS!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First and foremost, Island Vista does not feel "contractually obligated" to provide bell service. Nor do they provide linens or towels. In other words, you are completely on your own by renting from anyone other than Island Vista directly. The heater/A/C unit in #720 didn't work, the phones weren't connected to Island Vista, the TV in the master bedroom had nothing but snow on it, and we found a cockroach as we were packing out! I've sent emails to Red Awning and to Luxury Beach Rentals detailing our complaints, but no response! Oh, and the Island Vista staff assured us that if we had booked directly thru them we could have gotten all the services AND paid far less!! Oh, and we're not from "emeryville" wherever that is.

Tons of space and all the amenities were great. Except we couldn't use the gym. Apparently you need a special key which we didn't get. We had to take out our own trash though since 9:00 on Sunday is too early for maintenance to do it and we didn't want to leave it.

Most of all,cwe appreciate the cleanliness of the unit, as well. We definitely hope to come back. We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 18 years, and this has been our favorite property and rental unit by far.
