Oceanfront Condo - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Relax and Enjoy

Our first floor, oceanfront condo is located in the popular Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean from both the living room and master bedroom. as well as the private balcony.
This unit easily sleeps 5. Beds include: One (1) queen in the master bedroom, One (1) bunk bed (Twin over Queen) in the second bedroom. Each bedroom contains their own air conditioners, ceiling fans and tv with cable. Master bedroom has attached bathroom. The second bathroom is located next to the entry into the second bedroom.
Linens are include. Renters must provide their own soap, bath towels and toilet paper.
Living room includes air conditioner, two lazy boy recliners, a sofa and tv with cable. Kitchen includes: coffee pot, Keurig, microwave, cookware along with cooking utensils.
The oceanfront pool area is a great place to relax when not on the beach.
Outdoor grill is available for your use during your stay.
Free parking
Free WIFI and Internet connection
No contact check-in. Just the use keypad instead of worrying about any keys.
Check-in is after 3:00pm and check out is before 9:00am.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the condo or on the balcony. No house parties, motorcycles, trailer or pets allowed per HOA rule.

Older building, older unit but everything was in good working condition. Kitchen very well stocked, beds comfortable and the view of the ocean and overall location was amazing!! If I have the opportunity to return to North Myrtle I hope this unit is available.

This place was great with wonderful location but just needs a different cleaning company. Upon getting there the front doors were caked with pollen and mold that you wouldn't even want to touch. The chains to the ceiling fans were caked with a half inch of dust and you can tell underneath the beds and furniture are never cleaned because it's another half inch of dust and food and a pair of socks covered in dust under the bunk bed. Other than that the place was great with great location and views of the ocean. Just want the owner to know they definitely need to get a new cleaner that actually cleans.

1st Visit to Myrtle Beach

The condo was as described. We like the fact it is a smaller complex. The condo reminded us of a beach cottage. The area is quiet and so was the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances worked well. The couch could be replaced but isnt a deal breaker. Bed was comfortable. The beach was clean and not crowded. Neil was quick to respond to any questions. Would stay here again if in the area.

Loved it !

We all loved our stay here ! Everything was just super easy . Neil gives you detailed arrival instructions, so there was no issues at all. The view from the condo balcony did not disappoint ,and the condo itself was immaculate and clean for our arrival. It had everything there to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. (including beach chairs !) We watched dolphins play right out front , a beach that was only steps away and sunrises that take your breath away . Would definitely love to come back and stay at Neil's place again!

Having the ocean front view and easy access is very important to us. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We did have concerns about the individual room a/c units since we had not had them in the past stays. The units worked fine in keeping the rooms comfortable. I actually looked at availability for next year, but not available for our dates.

My husband and I stayed here with our two children. Check in was super easy, parking was convenient and the location was perfect. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony and being able to walk right out on the beach. The unit was clean and provided all our needs. Property owner was polite and responsive to my messages in a timely manner. There is also a pullout couch that came in handy. Unit is conveniently located to near a grocery store as well. Would recommend!

So peaceful!

What a wonderful experience! The unit was just as described, clean and so cozy. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and watching/listening to the ocean and the unit is so close to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked - we had everything we needed. In addition, the complex is very quiet and inviting. Can’t wait to go back again!
