The Space:

Welcome to Myrtle Beach Resort! This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit is on the first floor, so it is easy accessible and no stairs are required. The resort is known for it's amenities, which include outdoor pools, indoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, basketball court, tennis courts, a shop, pizza parlor along with a great bar and grill restaurant. All amenities are listed below. Myrtle Beach Resort allows guests direct access to the beach without having to leave the resort.

Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat.

Parking: THERE IS A $5 FEE PER DAY PER VEHICLE AT THE SECURITY GATE TO PARK IN THE RESORT. This fee is payable as the guest enters the gate on the first day of their stay by credit/debit card ONLY. For extended stay, the cost is $50 per month from April through September, and $30 per month from October through March. Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. Motorcycles are allowed, however, they must be parked in a certain parking lot on the premises. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, RVs or boats in the parking lot.

Entry: 1st floor - no stairs are required. Self check-in with keypad.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Other amenities include coffee machine and cooking spices.

Family room: Patio access. Enjoy Roku TV.

Bedroom 1: Patio access and courtyard views from the bedroom! 1 Queen bed.

Bathroom 1: Attached - full bathtub and shower.

Bedroom 2: Two single beds.

Bathroom 2: Stand up shower!

Patio: Private patio with a courtyard view.

Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. The unit is not in a direct oceanfront building.

Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.

Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines in the building. Stairs required to access.

1) All amenities at the resort are open to all guests
2) The Lazy River and pools open April 15
3) Indoor pool and hot tub are open year round
4) The Quarterdeck Oceanfront Bar is open weather permitted and hours vary spring/fall. Summer hours it is open until 11 pm

Getting Around:
Guests can walk anywhere on the resort. The complex has easy access parking or else guests can walk to the front gate and catch an uber/taxi.

Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.

2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

No pets. Minimum booking age 23. Max guest count is 4.

BEGINNING JAN 1ST 2024, THERE IS $20 PER CAR FEE AT THE SECURITY GATE TO PARK IN THE RESORT. This fee is payable as the guest enters the gate on the first day of their stay by credit/debit card only.

Routine Pest Control happens on the first Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.
