Sadly, your furry friends won't be allowed in this condo as the complex doesn't allow pets. This is a non-smoking condo. There are 2 designated smoking sections on the resort for smoking. No parties.

There are also washing and drying machines within the unit for ease of use!



Whenever your hunger arrives, head over to the well-equipped kitchen to make your meals or even pack for a picnic along the sandy shore! On those days you decide to dine in, you can gather around the dining table with a great family meal or romantic dinner for 2 that won’t break the bank. Guest Access:

Upon the morning of your arrival, you will receive the condo unit number and door access code! The condo unit and balcony are entirely yours to relax and enjoy! Also, you will have unrestricted access to all of the numerous onsite resort amenities!



Parking for Cars, Trucks, and SUV's. Unfortunately, trailers are NOT allowed but I have recommendations for trailer storage!



Wristbands will be supplied and waiting for you in the condo! (one for each registered guest). These wristbands must be worn in all the pool areas at all times to prove you are our guest!



More than 6 wristbands will not be supplied per reservation.

WAYS TO SAVE WITH ME



1) I DO NOT charge credit card fees. The Payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests, I do not and pay that charge myself



2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking fees like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my fees prior to clicking BOOK NOW!



3) The cleaning fees are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space perfect for the next guest!



The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different fees, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!
