The beach view was AMAZING!!✨✨✨✨
The room/bathroom and balcony were clean and very comfortable!! The housekeeping staff were kind, hospitable and on point I never had to wait for what I needed or ask twice! With basic necessities covered such as a microwave and small refrigerator. I was also very impressed with the guest laundry room they had it was very convenient, so make sure you bring laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets. They had multiple pools and a lazy river and a hot tub which I did not use because it was too cold. This particular area is very nice and well maintained from what I saw. It would’ve been nice if they had beach chairs for guests. Things that I did not like were that the lobby was closed and I being an out of towner, had a hard time finding the location of where I needed to go to register and the lobby was closed my entire stay. So if you needed something you had to walk somewhere else. The customer service was basically “sorry but you’re on your own”. So be prepared for that. Also after you book the room you will get notification of a $250 hold on your card which is refundable or a fee of 39.99$(not refunded)for a deposit for any damage done to your room. If you don’t have either you will have spent all that money and still not get a room so include that in your spending money budget. But overall, I would recommend this place for others to go. It’s literally gorgeous and peaceful and and relaxing and a very nice time once you know what to expect!
