SOUTH CAROLINA BUG DISCLAIMER
We do our utmost to control insects. However we are in a warm climate so insects might still get into the condo despite our best efforts. Though it is not common, this should be expected.

A car is helpful but NOT necessary. Uber and Lyft are available.
Restaurants In walking distance. The resorts next door have poolside bars and restaurants that are open to the public. You can access them from the street or beach.

Walmart Convenience Store is in walking distance for groceries and other items.

PLEASE NOTE: The owners and operators of the building offer the following amenities to their guests only. These are prohibited for Airbnb guests. Waterslides, all onsite food and beverage services (Uber eats, etc. will deliver and we provide a cooler on wheels), paid laundry facilities (we have a washer/dryer in our unit), fitness center (we're a 5 min drive to Anytime Fitness, 10 min to Planet Fitness), business center, gift shop, game room (we provide a Sony Playstation with games in the room)

SNOWBIRD RENTALS
This condo is available for monthly rental for snow birds from November - February.
No mid-month to mid month rentals. Start the first week of the month, end the first week of the next month.

OTHER HOME/LOCATIONS AVAILABLE.
We have 10 beautiful homes with gorgeous views available within Asheville, Weaverville and Burnsville North Carolina.
We have one other 3 bedroom, oceanfront condo, in Myrtle Beach, and one private home in the Poconos, Pennsylvania.
