The Space:

Morning light moves across the water as waves roll in below, and the salty air drifts through the open balcony doors. From this third-floor oceanfront condo, you watch the shoreline wake up while the city skyline glows softly in the distance. Days unfold at an easy coastal pace, with the beach just steps away and resort amenities close at hand.



The space

This entire condo sits within Kingston Plantation’s Brighton Tower and offers sweeping ocean, beach, and sea views from a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. The open living area is framed by large windows that keep the ocean in view throughout the day, creating a relaxed setting for gathering, watching TV, or simply listening to the waves.



Outdoor living

The private patio or balcony is a natural extension of the living space, furnished for outdoor seating and dining. From here, you can take in the resort view, watch the tide change, or enjoy the breeze coming off the water. Guests also have access to shared resort amenities, including pools, a hot tub, walking paths, and shared beach access just beyond the property.



Kitchen and dining

A full kitchen supports easy meals at home, whether you’re preparing breakfast before the beach or a relaxed dinner after a day out. The adjacent dining area offers a comfortable place to gather and unwind together.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms accommodate up to eight guests. Two bedrooms feature king beds, while the third bedroom includes two queen beds. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided, and ceiling fans help keep the coastal air moving throughout the space. Three bathrooms, including a main bedroom bathroom with a bathtub, make mornings and evenings more convenient for groups.



Comfort and convenience

The condo includes air conditioning, heating, and in-unit washer and dryer for longer stays. WiFi supports streaming or remote work, and self check-in with a smart lock makes arrivals simple. Free parking on premises and free street parking are available, and elevator access serves the building.

If you're up for more adventures, a short drive will take you to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Plus, you'll find many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping destinations just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft for convenient transportation. Additionally, you can consider Turo for rental car services.

NOTE: The Splash Park between Brighton and Embassy Suites next door is not accessible by any guests.
