This oceanfront condo at Bay View Resort is on the 18th floor and has a private balcony with 180-degree views. It has two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances and a full-sized dining table. There is also high-speed Wi-Fi, a high standard of professional cleaning, and free onsite parking. The resort has indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs.

This unit has amazing ocean views from the balcony. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The unit also has a full kitchen with a cooktop, microwave, and fridge. Other cool stuff: a hairdryer, heated pools, 24/7 on-site security, guest service by text, email, or phone, splash and play areas for kids, and hot tubs.



Guest Access:

This rental includes the entire space as well as access to the building's amenities. We want you to feel at home during your stay. Please, don't hesitate to ask if you need anything.



The Neighborhood:

This property is conveniently located just steps from the beach. Enjoy walks on the beach, swimming in the pools, and dining at the onsite restaurants. A short drive will take you to Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are also just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft to get around the area. If you prefer to drive yourself, Turo is a great option for renting a car. If you have any questions about getting around or any other aspect of your trip, please don't hesitate to send me a message. I'm here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.



Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. If you must smoke, please do so outside in the designated areas. Please treat this condo as you would your own home. We will do our best to address any problems that arise as soon as possible, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



Please note: that this condo does not have access to the waterpark behind the parking deck. Also, this condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room B). Both thermostats must be on the same settings and temperature for both AC units to work.



Notice: Tile removal and flooring replacement at Bayview (elevator lobby and porte cochere entrance) will take place Mar 16–27, 2026. No work during quiet hours or weekends. Elevators will be closed and some pedestrian areas temporarily restricted during renovations.



Interaction with Guests:

I am here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is entirely up to you. I live in Myrtle Beach, and am just a text, email, or phone call away.
