Disappointed
Check in and check out was easy , no issues. After arriving at the property we realized that there was no double futon in any of the bedrooms like it said in the original listing. I had my daughters sleep together but this would have been a bigger issue if that wasn't the case.The next day (Sunday) the AC stopped working. The hosts responded immediately and called for service. The tech made it clear that it was not going to be fixed that day. The hosts then asked if we wanted to have a someone drop off a window AC unit so that WE could install it. I declined and then they sent a guy out to do it. The next day( Monday) we were told that the unit wouldn't be fixed until the following day (Tuesday). Again, they asked if we wanted someone to drop off another window unit so WE could install it or WE could run to Walmart, purchase window units, install them, and that we would be reimbursed. I said we were not installing anything and I asked if they could give us a partial refund or if we could move to another property they had in the same community, the answer was no. They sent the same guy from the day before to come and install another window unit. Ultimately, the AC was fixed on Tuesday, but the whole situation was very disappointing and they still made NO effort to give a partial refund or any type of reimbursement for all the hassle.
