The villa specially made with love and care for families, group of friends that are looking for a vacation place with amenities, very close to the beach.
The villa spreads through two floors, making it an ideal escape for a large family or a group of friends and can accommodate up to 14 guests in real beds. In addition, 6 more guests can be accommodated in the three living rooms on the ground and first floor (three guests on the sofa bed of each living room, plus three guests on the available single real beds- that can be placed in each of the three living rooms). The maximum capacity of the Villa is 20 guests.
The ground of the Villa consists of two separate apartments, with separate entrances:

Living Room & Dining area • Kitchen • Double Bedroom with Double Bed • Twin Bedroom with two single beds • Shared Bathroom with Bathtub & washing machine • The living room has a sofa bed and a single real bed can also be placed there, so as two extra guests can be accommodated.

*One more shared bathroom with shower is available on the veranda of the first floor.
Also there is a playground and a children’s wooden play house, slide, seesaw, swing, children’s training horizontal bar.
