This magnificent corner villa has 180 degrees views, spacious outdoors, a large infinity edged swimming pool, a spectacular hot tub attached with huge rocks creating a tropical spot with breathtaking views, a pergola-covered outdoor dining area, huge dining table for 20 persons, two large built in seating areas and comfortable sun beds.

A full renovation was completed in 2025 and now all appliances are new as well as the all the furniture.

Apart from the kitchen in the main villa, a large new kitchen was added in the pool area serving the outdoors. It's fully equipped and ideal for chef services, since it's located next to the bbq and pergola covered dining table with amazing pool views.

The villa is walking distance to a secluded small beach in a picturesque rocky landscape, ideal for photos, trekking and swimming (when the weather and winds allow it), offering the ideal location for relaxed holidays for families or groups of friends. The location is so tranquil, with direction to Delos, Syros, Paros, Naxos and offers the best sunsets, perfect for meditation, yoga, etc.
The villa is also walking distance to an easily accessible small beach, through the entrance to Ubud hotel, but open for the public.

Main entrance/parking area, 1 living room with AC , 1 open-plan & fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 double king size bedroom (which can be separated into 2 single beds upon request before your arrival). Also there is access to the veranda featuring a wind protected corner with a dining table and lounge area, overlooking the islands of Delos-Rinia-Syros, sunset and entrance to Mykonos port. The parking area can fit 3 cars.

- Lower level
Pool area, 4 double king size bedrooms (can be separated into 2 single beds upon request before your arrival) with 4 en-suite bathrooms and access to the pool area.

- Outdoors
Large swimming pool (6 x 12 m), sun beds, wind-protected lounge area, large dining area for more than 20 people, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen.

Our company, Calypso Sunset Villas, got the management again for this spectacular villa after the full renovation was completed.
